“great all round hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

Just stayed for one night in this great little hotel. Very clean and modern, well placed and great views. Breakfast wonderful. Well deserves it's 3 stars. Will certainly stay again. Rooms very good size, fresh and bright and very clean.

Room Tip: a sea view room a must. Some rooms appear to open directly onto the pool area and we wouldn't ha...

“Excellent location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

We stayed at this hotel for a few days in July and again at the beginning of November. The location is perfect since the beach and harbour are but a couple of steps from the hotel and the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa only a short walk away. Since its refurbishment, the rooms are of a high standard though the lighting level in the bathroom is a little on the dim side! Neither toothbrush mugs nor soap dishes are provided in the bathroom which proved a nuisance since the washbasin area became messy from the soap in particular. While the beds are comfortable, flat sheets are used on the mattresses (no mattress protectors) which do not stay in place during the night. Fabulous pool and lots of comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast ... excellent variety. Staff reasonably friendly. Would definitely return.

“Brilliant Refurbishment”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2012

September 2012

Having spent four previous holidays at the Limanaki, which we've always enjoyed, we were very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful refurbishment it had in the past year. Happily the staff are the same and the service still of a high standard. The AC has been renewed and worked well. The rooms are well appointed with beautiful bathrooms and good showers. The beds are supremely comfortable, better night's sleep than at home. There are flat screen TVs and fridges provided. The pool-side rooms now open directly onto the pool area, which has also been much improved with new furniture, umbrellas etc. We would recommend a stay to any potential visitor. This hotel is right on the harbour and literally a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants.

“Need to improve”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

They dont clean the room very good, the mattress are very bad (my back is still painful), and the cover was not with elastic, so all the nights i had to fix on the midlle of night. The AC doesn't work properly too. The breakfast had a lot of flies around and on the food, looks disgusting. Take care, sometimes on the restaurant, some waiters charge more on the card (happen 2 times). Its in a good localization, close to a lot of beaches and the center of Ayia Napa, close to the bests restaurants, bicycle rental and the caves on the beach. In front of the hotel have the marina with all boats to a trip. The staffs very friendly, just one receptionist was rude with me when i request my passports (they took to copy). When i book i was wondering that with the sea view, but is WRONG because we can see only the pool area and the marina with noise boats on the morning.

Room Tip: choose one room on the higher level to see the view of sea and noise from the pool area.

“Lovely Place To Stay !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

Me and my friend stayed here for my 18th birthday and I can honestly say you cannot fault this hotel. Backs straight onto a beach and is only a 5 minute walk to the clubs with a selection of restaurants right outside! Beds where comfy and rooms cleaned every day maid's where very friendly same with the man on reception, we found it more of a family hotel we only saw about 3 other young people our whole stay. Definitely appropriate for older couples or family's. We stayed self catering so cannot comment on the food but the only thing we where a little annoyed about was that we didn't have a fridge in the room there was only a shared one in the reception area :S didn't fancy putting any thing we owned in there so we ended up drinking warm bottles of water when we got in at night, nice! Over all a good friendly clean place to stay.
