“Very good hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2012

Check in was relatively fast and pain free. There is no lift so after lugging our suitcases up a couple of flights we got to our room - first impressions were good - it was a good size and clean.
The double beds are two single beds put together....also the wardrobe smelled so we couldnt hang our clothes up in it as we didnt want to smell for the wedding we were attending in the next few days. Even after an airing and a spray of deodrant it still didnt smell pleasant so didnt really use that. The shower's were fine- dont know what other reviews are on about - my shower worked well and the temp was fine - I guess you could say that any problems have now been fixed!

We stayed bed and breakfast (7am-10am) Breakfast was a good and had plenty of choice, I steered clear of the scrambled egg though...but loved the yogurt and honey.

It's a fair walk into Aiya napa so taxi's will be needed but there are bars/resturants along the way which arent too far a walk away.

The pool area starts to loose the sunshine after about 3pm so if you love to sunbathe best get down the beach.

Decent little hotel.

The maids do an excellent job too.

Room Tip: Request first floor. No lifts.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience following your recent stay with us. We would like to apologize for the bad smell in the wardrobe. The issue has been forwarded to our Housekeeping department and will be seen to accordingly. Regarding the scrambled eggs in the Breakfast buffet I would like to mention that we only use fresh eggs.
Thank you once again for your feedback and we all look forward to welcoming you back before not too long.

This was probably the most comfortable and pleasant stay I've had abroad, our room was very clean and was cleaned every day of the week. The location isn't bad either, over the road from the hotel is a supermarket, and there's plenty of other supermarkets and restaurants on the way into Ayia Napa that can be reached by walking or using the fairly regular 101 bus service. Breakfasts are also very good, with cereals, breads, bacon, sausage, boiled eggs, tomatoes, potatoes, cakes and croissants. The only thing I avoided was the odd-tasting scambled egg. There's a pool table, and 2 table tennis tables which are free to use and we spent many hours playing on those in the shaded games room. Bar prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly enough. I can't think of a fault that would put me off staying here again, if there any niggles then maybe the water never gets cold enough as nobody wants a warm shower in the scorching heat of Cyprus, but apart from that, I have no complaints.

I have just returned from a week at Nissi Park and I am so glad I picked this hotel.

Firstly the location was good for us as we wanted to stay somewhere quieter and this hotel definitely is quieter compared to some. It was just minutes from Nissi Beach and you could also walk into Ayia Napa (takes a while) or get the frequent bus from outside the hotel.

The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. Rooms were cleaned immaculately every day and all public areas were kept spotless. All staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely and it was never busy so plenty of free sunbeds and space to swim in the pool. The addition of a pool table and table tennis were nice.

The rooms were spacious with a tv and hair dryer and safe which was 1.50 a day to rent. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Bathroom had a bath and a shower. All worked brilliantly. Free air con was a god send and we slept really well every night.

The bar prices were cheap compared to some. 2.50 for a coffee frappe prepared how you like it and 1.70 for soft drinks. The breakfast choice was good with a lot of English food such as bacon, sausage and beans. Also continental choice such as breads, meats and cheeses. All food was lovely.

I would definitely stay here again and I believe it is a great hotel for couples and families wanting to stay away from the noise and hussle and bustle of Ayia Napa.

The main bad point was that the water was always hot in the shower room! So when u come back from the beach after getting a sun tan u'd prefer to have a room temperature to cold water to shower with, but in this hotel the water was always hot.

The location isn't excellent, would prefer to book somewhere next time between the square and nissi beach so that both, and not only nissi beach, are walking distance. the closes restaurant is 15 min walk. This can be solved with a scooter or atv.

Thank you for your recent review following your visit to our hotel. We would like to apologize for the incident you had about the hot water. Most probably it was only in to your room as there is cold water in all the rooms and public areas as well. Of course the issue has been forwarded to our Maintenance department and will be seen to accordingly. Thank you once again for your review and we would be more than happy to welcome you back again.

A nice quiet hotel, across the road form Nissi Beach. The rooms are quite basic, but had free air conditioning. The rooms were spotless, but the balcony was a waste of time as it is so tiny.

There is a bus stop about 100 yards from the hotel which runs 20 mins, which costs 1 euro which goes to Paralimni, via Ayia Napa and Protoras. It's worth taking the bus to visit these places.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The pool area is nice, although the bins in the pool area could be emptied regularly. One thing I did not like was they charge 12 euros for 24 hours use of wi-fi - a total rip off - better off going to a bar down the road for free.

All in all a good stay at Nissi Park Hotel, but I would probably stay elsewhere if I was to go back to the area.

after reading other reviews we were definitely impressed when we arrived at the hotel, the reception area was welcoming and all the staff were friendly. we had two rooms between us, they were both cleaned daily by the maids who were very friendly. the hotel was in a good location for all of us (two adults, two teenagers and a 3 year old), with nissi beach being a 5 minute walk, taxi's and buses cheap and regular times, and the hotel pool being suitable for everyone. there was a good variety of food at breakfast and the lunch menu was well priced. we ate out every night at different restaurants about 10-15 minute walk towards the town. we also recommend a trip down to the harbour as it is only 1euro on the bus and theres plenty of shops and other places to eat. overall we were all very satisfied with the hotel and found it great value for money!

Located at 5 minutes walking from the famous Nissi beach makes this hotel a highlight. Seeing it from the outside you'd say: It's no big deal, but once you get inside the reception, you feel an immediate sense of relaxation and tranquility with all the white colors around you.. Everything in it was at very high quality..

The only setback, in my personal opinion, is that the Wifi service is a little annoying. There are 2 computers in the reception to access the Internet, and sometimes they don't work well. On the other hand, you have to pay for a Wifi connection anywhere in the property. I suggest, as in many other hotels, to leave one space free of charge for people, like the reception, the swimming pool, or the terrace.
