We stayed at the Bella Napa Hotel for a week on the 1st of September. It was the best holiday ever. The hotel itself was absolutley fantastic for the £350 that we payed.
The rooms were very spacious with a TV including BBC. I usually find that hotel beds are uncomfortable but the one at the Bella Napa was up to my standards. The room was carpeted which was a bonus. Bathroom was great aswell. As a couple on a budget we didnt book a sea view so the room looked on towards the hotel's carpark this didnt bother us as you can still see the sea, however if we were to go back we would have a sea view next time.
We went bed and breakfast. The breakfast was loverly, plenty to choose from, you could eat as much as you like. The food ranged from English style breakfasts(bacon, beans, sausage, fried egg) to continental(meats, bread, boiled eggs, chocolate bread, fresh, fruit, yoghurt). The hotel restaurant leads out to a huge balcony where we sat every morning and looked out over the bay.
The pool was nice, poolside bar very good, there was happy hour at 3pm everyday. There was also an indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym which we never used. There was also poolside entertainment throughout the day for those who want it. Staff very friendly. We found the hotel had a lot of Russian and German holiday makers which were very amusing!
The hotel has loverly gardens and is kept very clean. There is also a tennis court but it was a little too hot to be playing tennis when we were there.
The hotel itself is about a 15 minute walk from Aiya Napa centre therefore there is no noise on a night keeping you awake. The walk is a nice walk as there are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars along the way, some nights we found we didnt need to go into the centre. The staff were very friendly and always helped us find our way around the island. If we needed a taxi they would book it for us free of charge.
The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The beach is beautiful but make sure you take a taxi to Nissi Beach one day as it is a must see.
Aiya Napa itself is fantasic. There are many bars, shops and restaurants. It is suitable for all ages, there were more families there than I would have expected and I think it has cleaned up its reputation alot over the past few years. The harbour area is beautiful and there are some beautful fish restaurant located on the harbour edge, on a night the water is lit up and you can see all the fishes swimming around.
Another must see if the waterpark although the slides are not for the fainthearted!
Overall we had the best holiday ever and I would go back there right now if I could!!!
