“Clubbing/friends holiday”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

Okay little hotel - ideal for clubbing in Aiya Napa.
Self Catering facilities and air conditioning at a charge but worth it with the hot temperatures. Rooms are very basic - it is a cheap hotel, although will charge you a lot due to its location in Aiya Napa.
Ideal for friends going away today. Close to the strip. Small supermarket type shop just outside the hotel to get any bits and bobs you may need.
The hotel has a pool side bar selling food and drink which was good too.
Not a lot of sun beds, and the pool is quite small too.

Just got back from staying at the Tasia Maris Oasis , what a fantastic hotel ,ultra modern and clean. We got a pool view room which was a fare size all in white looked lovely.
walk in rain shower and lcd tv ..not many English channels tho.
Maids cleaned room everyday and clean towels every other day . Pool bar ..lounge bar and rooftop bar ..which closes mid October .
Reception staff happy to help ..bar staff and maintenance staff all happy to speak and say hello.
Plenty of sunbeds ..and umbrellas ..pool is small but when we stayed not many went in anyway.
The beach is a 10 minute stroll away ..the main bar strip is about 10-15 min walk. shops are literally out of the reception.
There is free Wi-Fi which is equivalent to BT Hotspot in the uk ...not a very strong signal but its free..all bars have free wi-fi anyways.
Safe in room charged at 10 euro per week with a 5 euro deposit too,
Fridge in room which is also chargeable ..but we did not bother with it.
The other hotel guests are mainly Russian about 90% ..we were the only 2 English staying there for most of our 10 days ..but the staff all speak English even to the Russians !
We only stayed bed and breakfast with an option for all inclusive .the breakfast had everything cooked or cold... really nice.
On the downside ..the music they play is diabolical ..its the same tune all day and all night ..boom boom boom ..its not even a tune !!
also they do a tea coffee in your room service 4 euro per day ..dont bother .its cheaper to take a travel kettle and your own tea etc ....plus a few days they forgot to bring it.
All in all ..an amazing hotel in a good location ..will definatly stay here again.

Room Tip: an upgrade to a pool view is 3 euro per day per person ..but worth it ..a few rooms were overlooking...

It s very modern, nice and clean, the pool is a bit small but if you intend to go out and see the place it is ok, but if you re planning to stay by the pool your entire holiday forget it. Away from the loud music so you can have a restful night. Staff are very friendly especially the receptionists, Maria and Colin, always ready to give you advice and help you with a smile :) Very central hotel in the heart of Ayia napa. Above all It was a pleasure to be there.

Room Tip: Better to choose a ground floor room as the hotel has no lifts

This is a very new hotel that takes place in a very good position on a little hill.Rooms are very large and comfortable, the position is excellent, near the beach and the city center. What we disliked is the too much noisy music on the garden roof during the evenings till late in the night and the fridge in charge to pay to use it.Sorry about that. Our judgment is in the complex very good.Good staff, very kind and always available.

Best regards.

Loved it, had a fantastic week there at the beginning of September. The location was great, easy access to all the amenities and not near enough to the rowdy areas for them to cause a problem. Loads of nice places to eat and drink and the beach was a short walk away. There was only a couple of things about the hotel that weren't 100% but that was only the pool was a little small, and the wii if connection in rooms was slow. That's it. Certainly go back, hope its going to stay as nice and its not just because its new.

This hotel looks nice and modern. The rooms are clean and look ok even not being big. The breakfast is acceptable. But that's it about good things. The internet does not work for 5 days. The reception lady says she is only a receptionist and can't help it. Or "try later" (for 5 days already). The manager (lady in the room behind reception desk) doesn't say hello. Never. Even it's obvious she remembers you and you keep on coming with the same issue. Any problem you have is always solved for the hotels benefit. Or is not solved at all. The stuff just always says that there is someone else who is responsible for decision/solution. and who is this responsible person is not clear. For 5 days of stay we never felt being welcomed and relaxed. Hotel always gives you more and more stress and doesn't let to enjoy the holiday. But barmen are super friendly and cool guys :) One more thing on the top to be mentioned that the fridge, safe box and TV will only be turned on for extra charge. And you can't ask to turn it on for certain time. only until the end of your stay. if you still decide to choose this hotel don't forget your ear plugs as you will hear all the sounds in the rooms around through the night and early morning.

Room Tip: better pick one with sea/pool view. otherwise oyu have a chance to watch parking lot.
