“Good Hotel For a party holiday”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

Stayed here with five mates and you just get your basic clubbing hotel here small pool bit grimy but oh well we just went to the beach mostly. Nissi is quite a distance 10 minutes walking but you can get a taxi for about 8 euros so was like 2 euros each. only a short walk to the strip very good location. One bad point is that theirs only one room key for each room so if you end up with someone who goes back on their own and doesn't wake up when you knock like we did it will cost about 5-7 euros to get in your room unless they wake up. Expect noise at night time after all it is a party destination. The maids were very good for cleaning our rooms every day no matter what state. oh and definatly pay for the air con otherwise its a sweatbox.Overall its was pretty average but that all you want for a clubbing holiday so don't listen to poor reviews as they should realise what you get going to destinations for clubbing

I spent five months at Evabelle this winter. I and my friend went there, because of the weather here in Western Norway is cold at wintertime.

From the first day, we felt welcome, and we all (many from Norway, Sweden and Finland) became friends, and we lived in a good atmosphere for all the time, while our stay at the hotel.
We got respect from the manager, and good service.
Also the cost of living at the hotel, is acceptable.

Live music every Friday night by Boris, included warm food, for a reasonable price. Euro 10,00.
Very popular! It is vice to do the pre-booking incase you want to go there on a Friday night.

The hotel is easy to find, as the location is very close to the Ayia Napa city centre. It is right on Nissi Avenue, and very close to every bus that goes in and around the Famagusta community.

So if you want to stay in a warm atmosphere, this is a place to recommend, for longs stayer, as well as for a shorter period.

We spent 2,5 months last winter at this hotel November-mid January and enjoyed it a lot. As an escape from the darkness in Scandinavia for a retired couple we feel this is the perfect getaway. It is social as lots of likeminded people choose this hotel. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but you have everything you need and the cleaning staff is excellent and keep the rooms tidy and spotless. The rooms have maybe not the greatest choice of tv -channels but instead we used our own computer and the wifi is affordable and works well. Though there was the possibility to make your own food in your room we chose often to get served in the restaurant since the food was excellent and the chef always wanted to give the meals an extra touch and really made an effort. The hotel is in a very good location, close to beaches and the city center. We warmly recommend this hotel during the winter season and have already made our bookings for the winter to come!

Room Tip: Rooms in the courtyard are quieter

Stayed here for 2 weeks so stayed here long enough to get to know the place and what it's like etc. Location of the Evabelle is perfect, has a shop on the corner, a shop opposite and is only a 5 minute walk to the lively strip = perfect.

Ok so the hotel itself its not a 5* star clean resort but you get what you pay for, its decent. you have two computers for internet acces, one big pool and a 24hr reception and bar. nice. (tip) if you buy more than 4 shots at the bar you get 2 free...

The cleaner you dont need to worry about, shes one of the kindest genuine cleaners ive met at a hotel, chatted to her for ages and i even left 20 euros out on the side when i was out and she cleaned my room and when i got back the 20 euros was still there. no worries (y)

So everythings great so far so why not 5 stars? ok well if you do decide to stay here, the thing you will realise is the "dj" well hes not even a dj he just plays videos on youtube, he plays the same songs every day over and over. we heard the same 3 songs over 100 times in the first week. (knifeparty, tomorrowlandanthem and some track from spinningrecords) yes it gets repetitive. and at night it gets worse as we heard him playing justin beiber and he was playing some "romantic love songs playlist" from youtube. so bring your own speakers...

Noisewise, you can be as loud as you want, noone cares, come in at 4/5/6am absolutely drunk? shout as loud as you like, bang on any door you want, its a madhouse for noise in late hours. Do NOT jump in the pool after a night out clubbing, they go absolutely mental and my mate was even cautioned for an arrest just for jumping in.

The security here you dont want to mess with, we saw one lad fall off a balcony one night and the security simply picked him up and punched him in the face and chucked him into the reception. He will let you into your room if you get back without your mates and your key though!

Look out for goldielockes aswell (barman with the gold chain) he's an absolute pain, and will spot you out from a mile away if you do anything stupid...

nothing else to say really apart from that.. you want a party hotel? this is it. and this is definitely a no no for familys. the amount of absolute filth i've seen during my 2 week stay at this hotel is undescribable... come here. go mad. no worries.

I stayed in the Evabelle last month with 7 girls and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We checked in about 2am and the staff were quick and helpful from the second we arrived. We stayed in a top floor room with views overlooking the pool, which played progressively louder music throughout the day, perfect to get you in the mood for a Napa night out! The food and drinks from the pool bar tasted good and was decently priced. In the evenings whilst getting ready we did have people knocking on the door, (apparently we once ordered a stripper?! and lots of Fantasy Boat Party reps came over) however once we learnt not to open it we were fine and were rarely pestered! Reception was open 24 hours so we left the key there in the evenings and with the strip literally 2 minutes around the corner it was the best place to be staying! I would thoroughly recommend Evabelle, its in a perfect location, the staff are lovely and the atmosphere during the day is brilliant! Please someone take me back!!

A group of 7 lads went here from 14/07/13 - 21/07/13 and we checked in around 10pm and went to our rooms, we was very impressed with the location of our rooms (21&23) it was complete luck of the draw but was looking over the pool. The reception is 24/7 so you can leave your key in reception for the nights you go out (This hotel is more suited for people going out to get drunk and party rather than families!) The food was brilliant (8-ish euro for a pizza etc are the kind of prices you can expect to pay.) The location of the hotel is brilliant as it is a 1 minute walk from the strip and has 2 shops 10 seconds away to get drinks/food from. The room was cleaned everyday but sheets changed once whilst we were there. The pool is great and a great temperature.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. Brilliant chilled vibe - cant fault it. NAPA IS MENTAL!

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking pool are best.

Stayed at the Evabelle Hotel for a night on our stop in Ayia Napa for a few days. The Hotel has been recently renovated, the service offered is fantastic, the staff are lovely and the price was very good. The swimming pool and pool bar are perfect to lounge in on a lazy day, will be definitely visiting again soon
