So me and two mates thought we would spend 3 weeks in Aiya Napa, slightly crazy I know. On arrival to our room at 11pm Napa time, it was dirty, the toilet/shower was leaking, pretty basic room, we thought, what HAVE we got ourselves in for. We had no toaster or microwave, the kettle was broken, we had 2 glasses for three people and no spoons. Living without toast for 3 weeks was tragic, thank god for Garys Breakfast. So, we left the room and went opposite the road for bleach, mr muscle, fairy liquid and gave the room a blitz, we were then satisfied. As there were three of us and the sofa bed was not in the bedroom we then spent the rest of the night trying to move the sofa bed into the bedroom, taking off half the wallpaper, always amusing. Just for clarification the sofa bed does not fit through the door frame so don't try it.
The location for clubbing is unreal, just DONT walk home alone as one night some crazy cypriot man chased us down the corridors of Evabelle we thought we were gonna die - not ideal. 5 minute walk from the strip perfecto.
The cleaners were a bit silly, so we ended up stealing fresh bath towels off the cleaning trolley as and when we could. One day we had no toilet roll. The bed sheets were rarely changed due to us sleeping in the day and it became a issue. One of the cleaners also walked in on me naked whilst I was on the toilet. So i shouted at her to go away, and she came back and fully opened the door on me whilst i was naked and handed me some toilet roll. Different.
You would be taking a bit of a chance going into the pool but who can resist being a salmon/bomb when ya hungover. The pool is not too bad but it wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there great atmosphere round the pool.
The music plays ALL night, non stop, our room was directly on a speaker aswell, we were going to move and then we realised we were sleeping in the day anyway.
One of my friends claimed that she saw a mouse in the hotel. But me and my other friend didn't see it, but we took a chance and reported it to the hotel anyway. Once we told the manager he told us he would deal with it, so we were expecting a mouse trap, a lion or other mouse killing device... The man who was dealing with the mouse was well, a bit different, he brought in a ginger kitten. For a good half an hour we watched a kitten wonder round our room hurdling over the table legs and just generally being cute. The mouse outsmarted the kitten on this occasion. The mouse appeared one more time and the same person in the house called it again and said "If you want to see the mouse you have to be the mouse" clearly me and my other friend were elephants...
Best 3 weeks of my life, highly recommend, evabelle is a madhouse though, but wouldn't of wanted it any other way.
