Have had a lovely two weeks here and will visit again. The bins are emptied daily towels and beds were changed often . The staff are amazing and very child friendly , the pool is great and cleaned and tested daily ( you need to be an early riser to witness this ) . You cant put paper down the toilet but this is the norm all over cyprus . These apartments are basic but value for money they are not 5 star so if thats what your looking for then go elswhere but if you want a great holiday in a fab location near a great beach with staff who make you feel like they have known you for years then these are the perfect apartments x x

Room Tip: Upstairs apartments have no issue with cats but to be honest the two weeks we have been here everyon...

The rooms are very basic and depressing,we stayed here on the 24/04/2013,for one week.
The towels and bed lining changed once a week, the rooms need a thorough cleaning.
If you have kids theres no tv for them to watch, and the cats bother you all the time,so you cannot open the patio doors or they will be inside. One final tip bring nappy sacks with you since you cannot flush the toilet paper down the loo and the inside bins are not emptied from Friday to the following Monday. Otherwise the complex is tidy and clean.

We had a great holiday at these apartments. The staff are fantastic and the food is really good (and not expensive). The rooms are basic but very clean and the only downside is the hard beds. It was late April so was relatively quiet and the majority of people were mature couples and families. The pool area is very clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. We loved the atmosphere and the fact that it was in a quiet area. It is at the edge of the resort (Nissi Bay) so a bit out of town but the centre of Ayia Napa is only a short bus ride away. We wanted peace and quiet so were happy to sit by the pool or walk down to the beautiful makronissos beach for a swim. The staff were very helpful, full of fun and very attentive. I probably wouldn't want to stay here in high season but for the time of year it was excellent value for money and we loved it.

If somewhere to put your head down and have a shower is all your after then this place MIGHT suffice, rooms very basic and depressing, towel change once a week, beds uncomfortable and bathroom small, rooms could be cleaner..
Hotel manager always seems grouchy and never smiles, bar staff pleasant.
Pool area small but spotless.
Dont think I would use the facility again.

We stayed at this hotel almost 3 years ago when we were visiting Cyprus to attend my friends wedding at Adams Beach Hotel. We found the hotel to be basic but very nice with a decent room & lovely, clean, realxing pool area.

Bar prices were good with a huge range of imported drinks and tastey cocktails! Food was delicious exactly what you would expect in Cyprus as the food is fantastic! The hotels sister hotel next door hosted a fab BBQ night which we all enjoyed at a really good price.

Since our stay we have been married in Cyprus our selves but opted to stay at a different hotel on this occasion, some of our guests stayed at the Cosmenenia so we were able to vist & see if the hotel was still of the same standard. We were pleased to hear good reports from our friends & we spent a day sunbathing around the pool with our little girl.

There are only about 34 apartments so its quite small & relaxing, no crowds of people quing at the bar etc! Perfect if you want to chill!

The hotel is the first stop from the airport which is good but you will spend quite a bit on taxi's too and from Ayia Napa during your stay. You could opt for the bus ride though for 1 euro which comes every hour! We a little jeep for about 170 euro for 2 days, it was fab!

Also, make sure you take a ride on the Black Pearl Pirate Ship if you have children a fab family day out!

We will definatley return to this hotel when we visit cyprus in the future.

This was a late cheap week away with some mates. Apartment was good, complex was good, loads of room to sun ourselves outside by the pool. Good mix of families and friends here, not packed with the young kids it's a bit further out from the centre of town making it a much quieter place to stay. We did come to Ayia Napa for a bit of the crazy nightlife but like to leave it there when we go home at night. Food, staff and the experience here was good all round. We got to see a bit of the Island and still got our nights in the bag. Bargain.
