Had originally booked to stay at Crystal Springs in Protaras but found out at check in that the hotel was overbooked! So being extremely pissed off, we were shuttled to Kermia, and realised in some ways we were given a upgrade.
Spacious bungalow ( although the air conditioning and phone were out of order and took time to fix), massive private beach and lovely entertainment in the evenings.
Only downside was that the resort seemed to cater more for German/Russian guest and that the food was not great.
It was a pleasant experience but i dont think i would personally book accomadation with them again if i ever visited Ayia Napa again

We have stayed at Kermia Beach for 5 nights. The bungalows are spacious and nice, with private terraces, the territory well kept, the beach is sandy and suitable for children. Had no problem to find a sunbed by the pool at any time of the day. We had really good time at Kermia. However, we cannot give 10 points for food, it was good but not excellent to our taste. I missed brewed tea or real good coffee. If you are going to prepare food by yourselves in bungalows - be careful not to leave food on the table or cupboard. We made this mistake and found a pile of small ants on our bread when returned an hour later.
The hotel is 4 km from Ayia Napa, only fields and sea around it but the bus service is quite good and we had no problems to go to Protaras and Ayia Napa (day ticket 3 euros).
Overall - a very good family hotel for a relaxed stay.

Have just returned from another fabulous holiday at Kermia (I wrote a review last year too) and it was perfect. The familiar staff were very welcoming and helpful - as always. The food was fantastic and they have now bought the taverna across the road so you can eat there as well if you want a change from the buffet. The sushi restaurant is also still good. Everything about Kermia is immaculate and well run and nothing is too much trouble which is why they have a great deal of repeat business every year. My teenage son left his ipad charger at home and one of the staff bought her own one in for him to use. They have replaced the bikes this year and the sports programme and kids club have many activities on offer. My comment to Kermia this year would be to maybe revisit some of the evening entertainment. The music is good but some of the magic acts are very old-fashioned.

All I can say is heaven on earth. So glad that we decided to go to this  hotel. My boyfriend and I have been there for 2 weeks in June and our stay was amazing. Beautiful hotel. The bus stops are right outside the hotel and so easy and cheap to get around. Service/staff was very helpful and friendly. was genuine and super helpful. This hotel is very clean, beds are super comfy and view over the bay is to die for. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when we return.

We keep returning here for the third year in a row, and I really believe that it is one of the best places to have a comfortable and problem-free vacations for families with small children. Rooms are neat and spacious, personell is nice and friendly, catering is rather good. The sandy beach has all the equipment free of charge, and the entrance to the sea is convenient for children. There's a big pool available, with a separate reservoir for kids.
We were somewhat disappointed by the quality of animation. In comparison to Turkish resorts, for example, it is quite weak. However, the level of comfort and safety outweighs this disadvantage for family holidays. I think we'll be back here again next summer.

Room Tip: Apartments closer to the sea are better located in terms of proximity to reception area, restaurant...

A kind of a place you want to return.
Nice huge rooms.
Wonderful and green territory.
Lovely entertainment during the dinners and good staff.

The only significant minus that we faced - WiFi is not OK in all the bungalows. Some of them are not covered at all. Some others may have a very week signal. If WiFi is what you really need in your room - you may end up with trying to change the room which is not that easy.
