We were 3 girls staying in these apt (18, 18 and 21) and we loved it! When we first read the reviews we were a little worried, but there really was no need! For a 2star apt, it was everything we needed (and maybe slightly more). Two normal bed and one camper which we expected! The wasn't a full length mirror, but by standing on the beds we got around that problem haha! Plenty on wardrobe space, bathroom just the right size! Very clean, and all the appliances worked. They have english plug sockets, so no need for adapters.
The pool was abit small but clean. They sold lovely food and the drinks were cheap (2euros for a pint of Keo, and it was 4.50 other places).
Andy, the manager was amazing! So much fun and very welcoming. He actually told us off for being boring when we didn't join in his drinking game haha! He was always getting involved with guests and played anyones iPod who asked. The was a sign outside the Apts saying 'All Non Residents Welcome' and he really did mean it. One night we brought some of our friends back and Andy caught us! Thinking that we would be told off we apologised, only to be told not to be stupid! The way he saw it, we paid for the week, therefore could do as we wished!!
The apartments were a little far out from the main center (about 40minute walk) but it was only 8euros in a taxi (which was about the standard fare for even a short distance) or 2euros each if there was more than 4 people in the taxi! But as it was far out, you could actually get some sleep if you wanted to!
As for Ayia Napa itself, TRY EVERYTHING! It was a little expensive, so make sure you get the best deals of the PRs. They can always do better than their first offer! For example, we got offered BOGOF on our first drinks, plus 2 fish bowls for 7euros. We turned that down so they threw in a bottle of Sambuca and Tickets to clubs Black&White and River Reggae! So remember, BARTER BARTER BARTER!
Go to the beach party on Fridays, the foam party at Club Ice and dance on the bar in Starsky's. DO NOT go in the pool in River Reggae, it is STI SOUP! I personally saw 5 different couples having sex in there one night and found at least 2 used condoms :-/ the actual club was good though! Try the balloons for 5euros, if your in a group they are hilarious! Girls, don't wear high heels, you'll have a better time in flats. And don't walk anywhere alone at night (Thats for the lads aswell, it can be dangerous)
Nissi Beach and Golden Bay are the best, Ayia Napa beach wasn't that nice. Try the watersports, well worth the money!
Find Petit Place Chinese, its behind the main strip but the best chinese you'll ever have!
All in all Best Holiday EVER!

AWESOME holiday to Napa this year, just got back and could have done with a few more days. Lourentzos Appartments are as decribed a 2 star hotel, don't expect the ritz, you have everything you need. Bed, Shower and air con. You will get exactly what you have paid for. The best thing about the apparentment's apart from the company of friends was by far Andy the owner. He was a great character and always so helpful. Lazy days by the pool with your choice of music, he puts on good food and makes sure u get the chance to enjoy yourself.
The Appts are a taxi ride away from the strip which cost us 2 euro's each in a 7 seater taxi each time.
Nissi Beach is just a step accross the road and was always very busy with lots going on.
The nighlife was good fun and the only trouble that there is, is with the people who bring it with them. The locals and bouncers are in great spirit and just want all to have a good time.
Top Tips: Walk down to the harbour for nice restuarants and views. be streetwise, stay with your friends. barter with the people who want you in their bar to get YOU the best deal. Drink lots of water, Drink lots of alcohol and always wear a condom.

we where there summer 2010 for 2 weeks in july
our holiday package was cheap but definetly wasnt expecting facilities like this.

one of the beds wasnt even a proper bed , the shower was discusting and didnt get warm and the cleaness of the room was probly the worst part.

my friend woke in the afternoon to ants crawling on his face i mean where is this ayia napa or the middle of the jungle ?

there where also trails off ants around the room and leading to the bin which created a few obstacles to say the least

pool was polluted with cigarette nub ends among other things i didnt go anywhere near it in 2 weeks

one owner was a moody bloke and limited you too one key between a group of lads and when we asked him for a extra one he replied with 'u only have one door why do you need another key'

only good part wasthe generous doubles the two owners poured at the bar but overall u would be barmy to have a holiday there unless u like been treated like a peasent

this is the most discustinng place you will ever stay on your holiday, the owners are dirty people and would never have food from there, the swimming poool was that dirty you couldnt see to the bottom of it and it had cigerete ends all over the place, moving on to the rooms, they was poxy rooms where there was 3 of us and onli to beds and basicaly 1 broken pull out bed. none of the cooker worked and lookd filthy. we was a group of lads on a holiday and even though 500pouind was cheep for 2weeks in napa i wouldnt pay 100pound to stay there again, ants were everywere and i wopke up 1 mornin with ants on my face, the bathroom u could barley move in and the shower barley worked, it just dripped out. onli good thing was next to the nissi beach but this is not a holiday in them condition. if you book there you have made one massive mistake.
