“Great party hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2014

stayed at this a few times and is what you want for a trip to Ayia Napa if your young and wanting to party, the hotel is a little basic but how much time do you spend in your room and the pool is where it happens during the day. you are about a minute walk from the strip and the main after party for Napa is on your door step.
So if your looking to party and do it proper Napa style then stay here if you want quiet and chilled then not for you and neither is Napa.
See you this year.

Room Tip: try to keep to 2/3 people per room is best

We booked Napa for a lads holiday, the reviews were already terrifying enough before, but a cheapskate friend booked it. We arrived in the early hours whilst the strip of bars near the hotel was heaving with morons. Walking into reception it looked like a bomb had just struck, people laying about everywhere, sick & blood on the steps. On trying to check in the hotel told us we had no rooms available!!!! We couldn't believe what we was hearing! After over an hour of arguing they offered no hell whatsoever, luckily we bumped into some friends from home near the hotel who let us stop in there room for the night. In the morning we rang out travel company who sorted us an apartment to stop in, it was in the middle of nowhere, we stopped here for 2 nights then got upheaved again to move to another hotel near Nissi beach, 4 days if the 2 week holiday had already been wasted during this shambles! That said, the strip of bars is very lively and Nissi beach and local restaurants are all good. I highly recommend the Sapporo Teppanyaki Japanese restaurant, the staff and food is different class to anywhere else! After having a walk around the Kalypso hotel in the 2nd week of our holiday though this seemed a blessing in disguise that we didn't stay here as this place was an absolute dump that really does need burning to the ground, preferably with the staff still inside!!! I would rather get arrested every night than stop in this VILE establishment!!

The reviews on trip advisor for this hotel are totally true. The only good thing about this hotel is the recently new receptionist Chloe. she is absolutely wonderful - really helpful and friendly and SO PRETTY WITH A FANTASTIC FIGURE!!!! She shouldn't be working in this crap hotel she should be modelling, travelling the world. And actually not only is she lovely she has a brain too. Really bright girl with a degree.

Please don't go to this hotel you will have a crap holiday.

I stayed here one week in October. Hated it. Nobody there , empty pool , no hot water. But what really annoyed me was people UNLOCKING MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING and walking out again, without saying anything, this happened at least 3 times. One guy said the manager asked to check the master key ( at 8.30pm in the evening??)

we were staying in Cyprus with friends and decided to have a few days away in a cheap hotel. DONT, i repeat DONT STAY HERE. if i'd have travelled from UK to the Kalypso hotel for a holiday i would have been bitterly disapointed. we checked this place out two days before staying and thank god we did. dirty, run down, empty pools, rubbish all over the place, smashed windows unhelpfull staff...need i go on. what i would say is if you need a cheap place to stay which is fantastic then stay at the Napa Prince hotel instead.

i spent 5 nights in this hotel, it was a total disaster. the hotel is well located and cheap but the rooms are so terrible: small unclean rooms, no hot water, loud noises at night, unsafe place, bathrooms facilities in the worst shape and very rude staff.

if you want something simple and "cheap" in the centre of Ay.Napa you may think this is a good chance to take it but no!its.a tottaly lost of money..since we paid much more than what it actually worth, just because it was high season! but.. no professionals there to greed you..(the girl in the reception was very sweet and kind but still not a professional.) we booked through the inetrnet and they didnt know what room to give us... but that was nothing! the room its self was small (not much problem for me) with a broken door (sometimes it just didnt close) and there were clear signs of previous break in!! we didnt feel safe there. and because we were two girls and all the orhers were bunch of young/teen drunk people in other roomS! they didnt have hot water at all!!!!! and in some rooms they didnt have at all water! also for the A/C you had to pay extra 11 euros per day! it was a dissapointment but we still had fun in Ag.Napa;)

Room Tip: just make sure that your room has water! (dont count for hot water though, there wont be)
