Where do we begin...we were welcomed so warmly it felt like home. We stayed for two fabulous nights and when our stay was up it was sad to go. Saying goodbye to our new friends was hard. Murray and Kathleen are wonderful people and fabulous hosts. Not to mention excellent company and FOOD. Our room was very comfortable and inviting. The atmosphere was relaxing. Two nights stay felt like a week away from everything. Walking on cloud nine.

Room Tip: Campbell room was fantastic

It was my friends Birthday and decided that a weekend away was the way to celebrate, we booked into the Manor not knowing what to expect and was very surprised, the accommodation was perfect with the accommodation being very private. Loved the double sided fire place and the beautiful furniture. I have left the best to last and that is Kathleen's cooking our meal at night was perfect, I cannot remember a better tasting, well presented meal, cooked by Kathleen and served by Murray. The food produce for dinner and breakfast was of the highest quality and the way it is was cooked by Kathleen was amazing. Both Kathleen and Murray were perfect hosts. The rake of lamb that was served to us was the best and I really enjoyed the desert.
Thank you so much from Barb & Russell Toowoomba Qld

Great long weekend stay, ornate charm, delightful and helpful hosts. We loved our few days here, secluded in the bush, on a charming property in lushious garden surrounds, with a cosy log fire to take the autumn chill out of the air at nights (and only a 10 minute drive to Noosa). Kathleen's cooking (dinners, as a well as daily breakfast) is scrumptious and healthy, and we'll be back for more. Murray kept us entertained with his charm, and generous and knowledgeable advise on things to do in the area.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the garden are quieter at night, as you don't get traffic noise coming into the dri...

We stayed at Noosa Valley Manor for 2 nights in December 2011 and it turned out to be on of the highlights of our trip to Australia. The rooms were really nicely prepared, very comfy and Kathleen and Murray were so welcoming.

The best aspect was the food- we had the candlelit dinner on our first night which was absolutely delicious and then eating Kathleen's wonderful breakfasts on the patio looking out at the beautiful birds was an unbeatable way to start the day.

Murray gave us some great advice on the best things to do in and around Noosa and some brilliant restaurant tips for our second evening.

Overall this was a fantastic find (thank you Tripadvisor!) and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I spent 6 days as guests of Kathleen and Murray and they did everything they could to make our stay there absolutely perfect. They are kind, generous, polite and their attention to detail is amazing. The breakfasts served by Murray on the covered terrace, watching and listening to the birds, was a lovely way to start the day.

The evening decanter of port was a very nice touch and lends itself to meeting up with other guests to share the days' experiences.

The gardens are outstanding.

Take no notice of the comments by Chrissy/Del and note they did not even go there!!!
If they had have done, they would not have written such rubbish.

Noosa Valley Manor is an absolute treasure - go there.

Room Tip: All the rooms are well situated and quiet.

Murray and Kathleen were warm and friendly hosts. They provided an immaculately clean home with some lovely antique furniture in the lounge. Great port and home made shortbread - the hosts are originally from Scotland. They would ensure that their guests were able to find where they were going - providing advice on the area and a loan of their GPS! Breakfast was fantastic - much better than most B&B's we have stayed in. When we left behind some of our belongings, they immediately contacted us and arranged for them to be sent to us. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Noosa Valley Manor is located a little out of town. The setting is beautiful, with lovely gardens and private sitting areas. We had breakfast on the back deck and were thoroughly entertained by several birds, notably a trio of rainbow lorikeets. The gourmet breakfast was delicious. The hosts are very gracious and were helpful.
Murray and Kathleen are from Scotland and the rooms all have Scottish names. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was not large, but perfectly adequate for a night. There is also a lovely common sitting area where you can read a book, have a cup of tea, and enjoy some tasty shortbread.
It was an expensive ($220) night, but very pleasant.
