Our running group stayed here in April 2014 for 5 nights.. We had a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury apartment, 2 living areas - kitchen area off one, 1 outdoor balcony with outdoor setting and then another 2 balconies off the bedrooms, televisions in all rooms.
This apartment was just stunning, we couldn't believe it. The resort itself is awesome it has everything you need.. Pool area is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the big spa after our half marathon. Shuttle bus into town and back was fantastic and really makes life easy.
The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Dear Traceyob,

Thanks for your review and kind words. I was pleased you enjoyed the 3 bedroom sanctuary apartment. These apartments are massive which makes them perfect for running or other groups of friends as they enable you to share accommodation in comfort and reduce the price per person making a Noosa trip very affordable.

I appreciate your recommendation to others and it is great that you plan to return.

My wife and I stayed in this resort for just over a week, the staff are the friendliest you will ever find anywhere, and the service is great as well, we were in a small room overlooking a lovely pond, most rooms would come with cooker and washing for clothes, but this is all we needed, the room was very comfortable and new (clean)we had a separate living room and two TV's.
Unfortunately the restaurant was a little too pricy and not a lot to choose from especially for breakfast, the first morning we thought it was because we were late but the next morning we were there as it opened and the food was looking rather dry and old, not a god selection ether, not surprising, the room snacks were double you would pay at the shops but they did have a small shop at reception where the prices were a lot more reasonable. in our room there was a sliding door separating the bed room from the lounge, you really had to be very careful with your fingers as the door slides into the wall and the handle was rather sharp and disappeared into the wall, this got my wife and my self several times and was a very painful experience.
Other than that, it was a lovely place to be.
You really need a car here as the shops are not far away but the trip is up and down hills, not for the young at heart, we ended up hiring a car, this was delivered, speak the the service desk they can recommend a good car hire

Dear dpentb,

Thank you for your review. All staff will appreciate your recognition of their friendly service – I am very proud of them and they always receive a great boost reading comments such as yours.
I was disappointed that our breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations. It is an area where we typically receive very positive feedback about its quality and variety. I have discussed your comments with our Executive Chef to avoid any repeat. I will also investigate your comments about the sliding door in your apartment – thanks for highlighting this.

I am pleased you found your apartment lovely and clean and we hope to see you again at the resort.

Regards

Second time staying here and it has only gotten better. Our family has grown now see we got a 2 bedroom apartment and it was great. Very large and spacious very modern and clean king beds in both rooms. Free WiFi which is so very useful to find a good place to eat or activities using TripAdvisor. We all loved the pools the beach entry pool is a fantastic idea as is the waterslide pool and kid pool our daughter loved them all. Breakfast was great also well cooked and a great range. Only small issue was the parking. Not allocated so people parking everywhere on the footpaths etc almost impossible to turn around our walk on a path instead of road. But I understand they were very busy and overall it did not detract from our great weekend.

We stayed at RACV Noosa and were impressed by the friendly staff. Check-in 9/10, room as described, faultlessly clean. bed comfortable, all electrics worked, tranquil environment. Ameneties looked child friendly whilst not being a theme park. 5 min drive to Noosa. If you can get a good deal well worth a look as an alternative to the more central resorts.

Room Tip: Check for specials esp for ones with rooftop spas!

We stayed in a one bedroom unit which was perfect. Large stylish bathroom, fully equipped kitchen area, lounge with balcony and large bedroom with plenty of storage. All very clean and new. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the menu was very tempting. We did however try the wood fired pizzas and they were outstanding. The bar area is well set out with indoor seating, perfect for watching the footy, and an outdoor area where you could watch the pool area. Large pool catering for children and adults alike. all in all a very well set out resort with plenty of parking.
When I booked the hotel I mistakenly booked a members room so when I checked in I was told there would be an extra $69 to pay. I agreed to this but then on checkout was advised that this fee was per night. This was a bit of a shock and had I known it was per night I would have stayed elsewhere. So, be very careful when you book that you click the right option for you!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - Room 7. It was clean, modern and spacious. We have a 1 and 3 year old so the space was fantastic. The room has all the amenities you need for a comfortable long term stay. Shame the bedrooms didn't have a DVD player so kids could watch their shows in the room - but its only a minor thing. This room felt very private even though it wasn't a 'sanctuary room'. Be happy to stay here again.

The best part of the resort are the heated pools for the kids. We stayed at the end of May and it was a cool day. We were told the main pool was 27 degrees. There was even a hot spa pool. The temperature of the kids and main pools were very comfortable. We normally like to head to Cairns this time of year but with lovely warm pools at this resort we don't need to venture too far north now.

We're looking forward to coming back in a couple of months.

Dear TajAdvisor,

Thanks for your review and I am pleased your family had a nice. I appreciate that you mentioned our warm pools. In February we had installed 2 massive electric heat pumps that are both highly efficient and very effective. This allows us to heat our pools to 28-29 degrees all year around and we are receiving fantastic feedback from our guests about the comfortable pool temperature.

It is great you plan to return again soon and we look forward to welcome you again.
