A special occasion birthday. We decided on the "Wakeru" - the tasting menu, and a pleasant Scotchman's Hill Sauvignon Blanc to accompany.
Elegantly presented, each course arrived and offered quite varying tectures and flavours - preapred with Japanese cooking paired with local ingredients. (Noosa must be a Sushi chef's idea of heaven!!).
Impeccable service from the staff who were very knowledgeable about the menu and dishes - explaining each on arrival, and also the wine list (which is extensive and well structured).
Overall - an excellent experience.
