My partner and I and 2 teenage children stayed at Bella Casa Noosa for 2 nights over the Easter School holidays. It was a last minute decision but we had no problem getting accommodation for only 2 nights at Bella Casa. The location is perfect. Outside the gate and straight onto Hastings Street. right in the middle of all the action. To the left is Aromas - a great place to enjoy a coffee and just 'people watch'. across the road is the beautiful Noosa beach. Numerous restaurants and small shops, cafes and boutiques to browse if the mood hits you.
Saturday night we dined at a local Thai restaurant then went back to Noosa for a bit of 'couple time' minus the kids. Decided to have a drink and a dance at the restaurant on the corner that has a resident piano player on Friday and Saturday nights. Nice restaurant to dine at (sorry, can't remember the name but you can't miss it!) or simply have a drink at the bar and enjoy the ambience.
Our room was fantastic. Two big bedrooms each with its own TV and a large lounge/dining/kitchen area also with its own TV. A lovely balcony that overlooked an internal courtyard. We stayed in apartment 23. It sits in the middle of the complex on the top floor and the outlook is lovely and very tropical. I hand fed some rosella birds while having breakfast. We did not have a problem with noise, although I have read other reviews that said it was a problem.
Undercover, secure parking so you don't really need to take the car out unless you want to travel further afield, but really there is no need to as everything is in and around Hastings Street.
The only negative thing I would mention is the beds. they were very firm and not overly comfortable, although that didn't stop us from sleeping through the night. Maybe we just tired outselves out so much during the day! this is the sort of place you would go back to year after year.
Overall, an exceptional experience.

Did a lot of research before picking bella casa and the moment we checked in we knew we were onto a good thing as service was excellent and first impressions of the apartment were great. The apt was large, well kitted out, comfortable, in good condition, and had a nice balcony with views. Throughout our stay the staff were a pleasure to deal with and we liked everything about the apt, which was important as we spent a fair bit of time chilling out there. One tip: on arrival the parking entry is on noosa parade even tho the address is Hastings st.

We had a great weekend at Bella Casa in unit 15 (of which the furnishing was of a high standard).

The unit was well kitted out, particularly for kids. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

I didn't find the apartment noisy; however the acoustics are not great (due to the long, narrow block) so it wouldn't take much noise to wake up a light sleeper.

The pool was nice, but a bit small.

Take the small car as the parking is tight (although a couple of people staying had Land Rover Discoveries; so it is not impossible with a big car, if you are careful).

My wife was impressed with the quality of the information in the compendium (if that's important to you).

The complex in central in Hastings Street and easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. Obviously it would be nicer to have a view of the beach; however it would be more expensive on the other side of Hastings Street.

Overall, unit 15 was very good.

Room Tip: Unit 15 was good.

My very first TA review was on this place back in 2010, we've just come back from another great Noosa trip so I thought it was timely to do an update on an old favourite.

Noosa is a second home for us and Bella Casa is at the core of it all. When we stay here we are made to feel at home. Paul, Roger, Emily and Gail are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. We will never think of staying anywhere else when we come to Hastings Street.

My first review was all about the location which obviously still applies. Sure you could choose some other place on the beach side but unless you want to or can afford to pay for the very expensive rates those places demand you really should put Bella Casa at the top of your list.

Many of the rooms have been renovated over recent times, ours was only finished about two weeks before we stayed and what a great change it was, we loved it before but it's so much better now.

It's obviously common for people to give their tips on the best rooms, on this occasion I'll pass. We don't need the added competition for our room, in fact it looks like we will need to stay in another room when we head up in November. But that's ok we will be happy in any room, we've stayed in a few over the years and we will gladly take whatever is available.

Once again guys thanks for your hospitality and for being so good to us.

For everyone who takes the time to read this review ignore any of the negative reviews, like most reviews on TA stick with the positive ones, you won't be disappointed unless you are one of the hard to please types.

The Princess says its great, trust her, oh and I think I have reasonably good taste too.

We stayed at this place in early December 2012 before the school holidays. The location is excellent, but it is not beach front. You have to cross Hastings Street to get to the beach.Easy walk to Restaurants and shops. Modern unit and well furnished. Very clean . While Noosa Heads in general is a little bit up market priced , the pricing of the unit was reasonable. Correct invoicing.but expensive internet access.
Friendly Reception. Security parking underneath the building with key operated elevators to the units.
Depending on the unit there can be a little bit of privacy issue, as units in another building are close by. Closing the window blinds helps. Some noise from screaming kids in next door swimming pool during the day to be heard when balcony door is open.
Can recommend this place for holidays.

Room Tip: Access to car parking and reception from back street. Have to use intercom.

Just got back from staying at Bella Casa, I can easily sum up - affordable basic accommodation in the centre of the action in Hastings Street but don't expect a quiet sleep in. Very helpful staff, so refreshing to find employees and managers who act in the interest of their guests, with a smile too! Considering the ridiculous prices charged by the majority of accommodation along Hastings Street in peak period you can't beat the proximity to everything; restaurants, beach, transport and retail. My criticism is unfortunately we found the complex just too noisey, not sure about any acoustic properties, we could hear doors banging from 6am onwards and various deliveries and staff starting work early from nearby accommodation (i.e. Sebel and restaurants). Also, my daughter found a pair of 'unidentified pants' under her bed from a previous guest and lots of dust above head height. We had a 2 bed apartment, it was average and could do with a lick of paint, some rugs and replacement cabinetry, but it was quite a good size and well equipped. By investing in a pair of ear plugs deals with the issue of noise and they're certainly cheaper than their competitors next door.

Room Tip: The higher the floor the less external ground noise.

Such a great location for anyone coming to noosa. Secure parking and right on Hastings street so nothing is far away! Had little to do with the staff but they were always helpful and kind. There were a few things broken in our room but that was not a problem and we had been told before hand! Everything we needed to self cater was available in the apartment.
Great place to stay for first timers or those coming back to this beautiful place!
