“could not find much to fault”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2013

I spent 3 nights last weekend at the bridgepoint- great location and beautiful view. Modern décor, quiet, clean and all the mod cons. It was expensive ($400/night) but worth the price. One surprising note though. You would think when you do provide such a high standard of service, you would not have cheap single sheet toilet paper. I know it is a very small thing...but it did come as a surprise.

Room Tip: 1) if you want sun in the afternoon on your balcony, face the sea not the canal. I made that mistake...

Stayed over Friday and Saturday weekend in second floor two bedroom apartment. Location is spot on and entertaining views over the marina and Dolphin Quay stage 1. Has good size bedrooms and surprisingly large ensuites to both. However the lounge kitchen was a bit of a let down. lacking that additional chair both on the balcony and lounge room deemed a bit odd, and the kitchen was for only the desparate. The carpet wants urgent replacing as it was badly stained and frayed, also strange considering they are reasonably new units . Would recomend purely for its location and view alone.

Really nice modern clean apartment. has a great big balcony overlooking the water. We loved that there was an oyster bar downstairs that played live music, because we could sit on the balcony and listen to it and drink our own wine haha! The one negative was that there were ants in the kitchen area, and we couldnt get rid of them. parking is also a bit of a pain every time having to open the security gates and then go up and down the lifts but the rest was fine. The reception staff service was a bit abrupt not very warm.

Room Tip: they should all be good. check out the indian food downstairs too its great

Stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the Marina. Spotlessly clean, contemporary furnishings, huge private balcony, large shower, iPod/cd/radio, dishwasher & large fridge. Buy your groceries before you arrive & you can just leave your car in the free underground carpark & walk to cafes, the cinema and the Mandurah foreshore. Staff are welcoming. They give you your key & then leave you to it. It's also very quiet. Look forward to a return visit.

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, crisp, clean and well appointed. Tea and coffee were provided, also packets of detergent of various types. (Pepper and salt packs would be appreciated.) Well located for cafes and restaurants but the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk. The adjacent beach and playground would be wonderful for small children. It is a good place for a quite break, pleasant surroundings which can be viewed for the full length windows or the balcony. Our only gripe was the poor condition of the curtain attachments which detracted from an otherwise pristine environment.

Room Tip: Facing the marina

We stayed in a one bedroom one bathroom apartment and it was very clean and comfortable. the location is great with lots of restaurants close by. The only complaint I have is that the lift takes forever, which is quite surprising considering there aren't that many floors. Over all it is probably one of the best places to stay in Mandurah.

Our extended family of 4 adults and 2 kids stayed at this nice & clean hotel recently (2 bedrooms with nice living room and kitchen). While it is located off the main town, however the channels, waterways, restaurants and parks within walking distance of hotel were just lovely and peaceful. After sitting in the plane for 5 hours and arrived at Perth International Airport in the afternoon, we drove for about an hour to find this lovely suite a convenience and peaceful place before we proceed south to Margaret River. I strongly recommend those to pick this as stopover with nice view and rest.
