5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2012

Clean, tidy and a great location. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find that it had a loft with 2 extra beds. We shared with another couple and it was fabulous. Two bedrooms AND two bathrooms plus the convenience of a washer and dryer. The pool, spa, sauna and tennis court were added bonuses. The onsite restaurant was definitely worth the visit and we were never distrubed by the freeway eventhough our room was right near it.

We stayed in the two bed room apartment, he room was over priced for what is was, small tv empty mini bar?

The apartments where secure, and the breakfast was great, I would recommend hopping around for the same price you could get a hotel in the city and not next to a freeway !

Dear Andy W,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback during your stay at the Resort.

We have recently upgraded to 40" digital televisions in all rooms and it appears that you may have stayed as these were being installed and therefore missed out.

I have passed your feedback on to the Restaurant and am delighted that you enjoyed breakfast at Breezes on Como.

Kind regards,
Deborah Taylor - Resort Manager

The pool and tennis court are great and the location was perfect for us. There are plenty of eateries and an IGA in walking distance. The room interior is old and the furniture seems dirty and the carpets are threadbare. We will return and would recommend the resort with the warning about the old interiors.

Large family gathering. Booked out 5 rooms..

Many loud noises during the night eg. Reception staff laughing, cleaning trolleys shaking on path, Bins banging.

Reception staff were very unhelpful and rude.

Couches, chairs, tables were disgusting - Very very dirty.

Doors didnt lock properly back and front.

Window winders were all broken so no ventilation.

Cleaning services once every 4 days..

Not enough clean towels, washers, tea towells supplied to last the 4 days in between and when we asked reception for more the young girl at the front was very rude and struggled to get me some.

Wont be re visiting im afraid.

Perth is the most expensive city in Australia and by comparison to the rest this property is well-priced.

The room was OK although the sitting room furniture could have used an upgrade, the staff were very pleasent and my dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant is not open for breakfast but there are coffee shops within 5 minutes walk.

Not an ideal property for business but good if you have a car and don't need to be in the City.

Dear AussieStrategist,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our Resort.

We appreciate the positive comments on our staff and your experience at Breezes on Como. As you mention, there are several breakfast options on Preston Street, many with chargeback arrangements with the Resort to simplify your charges on to one account.

We are continually upgrading both the Resort and in-room features and the couches, window treatments and soft furnishings are the next items for replacement on our schedule.

Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you back at the Resort soon!

Kind regards, Deborah Taylor (Resort Manager)

This is a good value for money option for families. Pool was excellent and overall the resort was neat and well maintained. Be warned breakfast on site is only on the weekend but the self catering option or "Empress" cafe are both good alternatives.

Dear Casstef,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay at the Resort.

I appreciate your very positive comments regarding our facilities and value for money.
Regarding breakfast during the week, we are delighted to confirm that nearby Preston Street cafe "Hangout" now has a chargeback arrangement where guest can dine in the cafe, and have their bill added to their Resort account to pay in a single transaction on departure. We will be looking to broaden the number of nearby cafes and restaurants under this arrangement.

I have also spoken to the Front Office team regarding your comments on someone's attitude and I can assure you all are disappointed that they may have been perceived as surly. Please accept my apology if you interacted with one of the staff in a less than finer moment.

Thank you again for your comments and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Resort in the future.

Kind regards, Deborah Taylor (Resort Manager)

We stayed 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment with Spa Bath. The apartment was fully self contained, enjoyed cooking a lovely seafood feast for Hubby. Broadwater has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely large pool and outdoor spa, nice restuarant, comfy beds. We caught the ferry into Perth, then the free Cat bus around Perth, enjoyed Perth for a day. Nice eateries close by. We booked through Wotif and got a great price for 2 nights. I would definatley stay here again.

Room Tip: we had a ground floor room away from the busy freeway.
