“enjoyable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

enjoyed the walk down to the blowholes and sat around waiting for them to spurt water. That didn't happen but the loud rumble made me jump more than once.
This is worth visiting even only to get some exercise and see another lovely place
If the blowholes are all on then it would be even better

“What a surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

When some friends and I came to the Blowholes I was kinda curious what awaits us there and I have to admit...it was quiet a surprise :) It is more a hearing thing than a seeing one ;)

“A good walk!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

Even when not blowing and spraying water everywhere, still worth the walk. Sit by the fissures for awhile and you may experience the sound which will scare the hell out of you!

“Best to go when it's blowing a gale!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

This is a really interesting geological feature, but I'd only go there if it was windy and there was a decent swell. I walked for over a kilometre from the car park to the blow holes, but there was no action on New Year's Day as everything was calm. It's a nice walk and the views of the coastline are great. However, coming back up to the car park may test you if you're not reasonably fit!

Well we nearly had to change our pants here......who would have thought the noise and the rumble of the blow holes would scare you!......great experience and definately worth the hike to get there.....bit steep coming back so take your time.
