We love this place. We have stayed 3 times for 2 weeks at a time and hate the day we have to leave. Most beautiful place in Lorne. Friendliest owners and the best pool area ever!!! Love it. Will be back again in January 2014. Can't wait.

Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts. We stayed two nights and wish we had longer. The 9 hole pitch and putt golf course was great fun and the property was quiet and tranquil. We had a BBQ both nights and watched the local wildlife pass by the verandah

Room Tip: We stayed in cottage 6

We recently enjoyed 2 nights of our honeymoon at Lemonade Creek Cottages. Liz and Ray were very welcoming and accommodating (even though we didn't see them until late on day 2), and the cottage felt nice and private. The special touches are what makes this place outstanding!

There's a walk to Erskine Falls from Lemonade Creek Cottages and we'll do that next time. We enjoyed tennis (good court) and swimming, the pool was heated and in a lovely garden.

Our cottage was beautifully decorated and the bed, firm but with a softness and the kitchen was well equipped to cater for ourselves. The ambience of the whole place was wonderful and just to sit and take in the environment inside and outside of the cottage, gave you a sense of peace and tranquilty. The cottages are located about 8 kms from the township of Lorne (just watch for kangaroos on the road at dusk), and just down the road from the Erskine Falls, which are a must see while you are in the area. The gardens that surround the cottages are superb as is the variety of birds that live in the garden and visit the cottages throughout the day. We stayed for 2 nights, and could easily have stayed longer. There is also a tennis court and golf course, however it was a bit chilly while we were there to enjoy that part of the outdoors. There is also a pool, but again far too chilly to think of swimming while we were there. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful with information about the local area. The chocolates were appreciated as was the cheese and biscuits. Would stay again at this location, no doubt about it.

Room Tip: Ensure you allow yourself enough time to enjoy the cottage and its surrounds if you are out and abou...

The cottage we stayed in was charmingly decorated making it a pleasure to just sit and look around at the various objects and pictures that have been carefully placed on the various items of furniture. There were 2 bedrooms in our cottage and each bed was adorned by a number of cute teddy bears. Also some delicious chocolates on bed - lovely touch. Blackboard in living area had some kind words of welcome to our family. Generous sized spa bath was welcome after our hikes to Erskine Falls and Cora Lynn Cascades. Strategically placed wooden bird feeders outside kitchen window meant that we could sit at table eating while watching the birds eat! Great heating plus gas wood heater for ambiance and large range of free videos available from the very friendly and accommodating owners. Good kitchen with plenty of tea and coffee - good range of cooking utensils, crockery and a dish washer! We really enjoyed our stay and intend to stay again.

This was a perfect getaway in every respect. Beautiful gardens and quiet location adjacent to National Park. Only a couple of minutes into Lorne township. Well appointed, superbly relaxing, cosy and absolutely spotlessly clean cottages. Privacy assured. Lots of tempting provisions, the paper on the doorstep each morning with daily itinerary suggestions. Great friendly service - the owners definately go the extra mile to make a difference, and it definatly works. Highly recommended, we'll be back for sure.

Room Tip: They're all great and well spaced so you are not on top of your neighbours

A truly beautiful location with gorgeous cottages. Very well appointed and exceptionally clean - sparkling in fact. Everything you need is at your hand. Very comfortable, warm and cosy. Hosts are very helpful and very friendly. Walked to Erskine Falls from the property, well worth the effort. Highly recommended - attention to detail is excellent.
