“Worth a visit if in Lorne”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

Worth a look but as a waterfall its not mind blowing. there are two viewing platforms, one at the top and one at the bottom, we thought it worth the walking to go to the bottom and it was.

“So Picturesque!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2012

So Picturesque! About a six minute drive above Lorne and definately worth the visit. The bottom steps from wherest you view the falls at the base should only be attempted if you are reasonable fit, I know I was breathing very heavily after retruning to the carpark at the top.

“Worth the walk to the bottom of the falls”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

Impressive waterfall especially a day or two after rain. The walk to the viewing platform at the top of the falls is easy but to get to the bottom of the falls it is a bit more challenging. Lots of steps and quite a workout for the legs on the way back up, but worth it nonetheless.

“Terrific”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

Located about 10kms in the hills behind Lorne they are a great spectacle. There are 2 viewing areas. The top viewing area is an easy stroll of about 50 metres but the bottom viewing area is 150 metres down some very steep steps; the going down is easy but the heart gets pumping on the way up. The bottom viewing is the best and well worth the pain in the legs coming back up. A great place for photographers.
