We stayed here for a week, with 3 adults and 2 children and it met all our needs. Plenty of room for the kids to play and a small paved courtyard at the back. Secure off road car parking too. When they say basic provisions, they really do mean basic, one load in washing machine and two in dishwasher, a couple of salt and pepper sachets. Plenty of soap and tea though. It is two stories and our kids coped well with the stairs (they were 3 and a half), but some people may find that distressing. It is in need of an upgrade, the dishwasher was broken and you had to put it back together every time you used it and the tv kept faltering and had major issues with sound quality. Also, the second tv in upstairs bedroom is very old school and only got 4 basic channels. Bathrooms were adequate with nice sized bath for kids and a third toilet downstairs. One of our toilets hadn't been cleaned properly, but as everything else was quite clean, I'm assuming this was just an oversight. As all the townhouses are together, it is a little noisy at times, depending on who is on the other side of the walls! Kew is a great family area, with good local parks and plenty of cafes etc. We would consider staying there again, especially if they had done some interior upgrades. As it is, it is a little pricey for what you get.
