“Great Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2013

Clean and really spacious, great views of the ocean at the front and the mountains at the back.
good size rooms, neat bathrooms.
Good sized lounge and dining room.
We had 10 people for dinner and it wasn't crowded.
Really friendly reception staff with knowledge of local area and tours available.
Bus stop out the front that takes you to shopping centre and coles, cafes within walking distance.

Room Tip: I think all of them have a view,

We've stayed numerous times in both 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
The views are beautiful
The location is close to everything
The managers are welcoming and friendly
Would definitely recommend for both couples and families
The street may become noisy although this is only if you've got the window door to the balcony opened up or if sitting on the balcony.

Room Tip: Very spacious 3bedroom apartments we compared this for a different trip last Christmas for the whole...

Great location with amazing views
Friendly staff on reception and excellent communication for booking online
3 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean
Our second visit to Seaview resort and we will be back
Great weather and shopping
We flew direct from Auckland NZ into Maroochydore Airport. So easy - hope they keep the flights up
M@Mooloolaba restaurant VERY dissappointing. Don't be fooled by the white tablecloths!!
Coles Supermarket one block away if you want to eat in

Room Tip: Ask for an apartment from Level 6 on a corner up as the views all around are amazing. You only hear...

We stayed for 8 nights on the 12th floor in a Pandamus suite. We booked a 1 bedroom unit. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the suite. The front bedroom and separate bathroom were locked and we used the back bedroom which was away from any traffic noise. It had an ensuite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. The queen bed was very comfortable. The unit was immaculately clean, light and spacious, with quality, comfortable furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washing machine and dryer were located in a small room off the kitchen/lounge area, and there was a drying frame for any items we didn't want to put through the dryer. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. A supermarket, bottle store, bakery and other shops were just around the corner. It was one block to the esplanade with cafes, restaurants and other shops. We had great service from the time I first inquired about booking, through to when we left. The front staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to buy some essential items from reception, e.g. toilet paper, small bag of laundry powder. Wi-Fi was available in the room, with a scale of charges. We would stay here again.

Overall this is a good resort. We had a 2bed room on the 4th floor with great ocean views. Clean, well equiped and good beds. Ask for a front middle room when booking - our phone booking got us an end room with a much inferior layout. Fortunately for us our booked room was not available due to maintenance work. Our room was great for kids with a big open lounge and two separate bathrooms. The downside after paying approx $240 per night? $10 for each pool towel, $1 for replacement loo rolls, internet wifi extra extra etc! This is so petty and left us with a realy bad feeling of the place.
