“Un-expected Gold!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2013

We needed a filler for the day with our 3 year old.
We went to this Museum and were so happy to find this hidden gem on our back door step.
There are some serious civilian and war time planes here, all with their own unique character.
They have been really well looked after, and the staff are very modest and kind people.
I was so impress I will go back again as I did not have a chance to read all the information.
Highly recommend family visits or sole, there is plenty to do.
These people are very proud of what they have created and so they should be!

For a museum that was founded with a single Canberra Bomber by a group of aviation enthusiasts in has grown into great collection of aircraft and other aviation memorabilia. The collection includes a Douglas DC 3 with a fascinating history, a recently acquired F-111 and many other great and historic aircraft. It is a great way to spend at least half a day or more checking out the displays.

“Took the Grandkids and loved it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

This Museum is so great for the kid in all of us.
I took the Grandkiddies there on a recent visit and we all enjoyed the experience together.
There is something about planes that fascinates me and seems to fascinate the Grandkids as well. They oooed and aahed and got very excited.
I hear that the museum now has a F1-11, so next trip, we will go again
