“Little expresso joint tucked away but worth going too!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2012

Look I know there are negative comments on this place but I found the opposite!!! My experience was of great customer service, beautiful food and excellent coffee. Press Espresso is tucked away in an industrial/commerical area but its only about 7mins away from burleigh point! I found the coffee strong and a great pick me up. I had vegetable omelette with 2 big pieces of turkish bread plus a freshly squeezed juice. The food was generous and fresh. The place itself is modern and trendy.

“Beats all other coffee houses in West Burleigh!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

Outstanding coffee and a great range of coffee. Only cafe in the area to offer 2 blends for white and black coffee.

Can't work out the other poor reviews as only reason maybe that can get quite busy.

100% the only coffee in West Burleigh to drink and they sell coffee beans too!

“will not be back”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012

as a local business owner in the surrounding industrial area i had heard of this new place with renowned award winning coffee and gourmet food. What I found on arrival was a little cafe tucked away with not much atmosphere and as for gourmet food...well lets just say the prices were definitely gourmet at least and with no on site chef when we were there we wondered how this was possible. I am sorry but there are other cafes in the area that I frequent that are doing it much better and i was terribly disappointed with this experience.

“scoop on rejects”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012

My daughter bought a voucher (scoop on) so she could treat both of us Her parent to breakfast or lunch. When she went to book they said they were fully booked and it would have to be mon-thurs in the week that we came in for it. When we went there wouldnt you know - suddenly the cook had quit. They didnt have anything to serve from the kitchen but only the display cabinet. OH and it was a offer for 4 to eat with a coffee AND a fresh juice . We were told No food just the cold pies, sandwiches displayed cabinet & no just a coffee OR a juice from the fridge(bottled). When we had got there , there was a group of people dinning there for brunch and they had proper food cooked but why all of a sudden the cook quit. Then on scoop on the following week they have advertised for the same voucher again. Wont go there again because they should treat all costumers the same and if they don't want to honour their vouchers then they shouldn't do them!
