You go to Celsius for the food. You also go to Celsius for the friendly, homely atmosphere and service. But don't confuse "homely" with inefficient. The service is great, though not too fussy. Without gushing, I should say that the chef is amazing. It's probably five years since I've enjoyed a genuine "blue" steak - seared on the outside, rare yet warm in the middle. It's not the most imposing restaurant, but who cares? You don't pay for a magnificent view - you just pay for quality, friendly service, and value for money. The wine list is fascinating and relatively inexpensive. Oskars could learn a lot.
