Truly an amazing location. We were tempted by the 7 course tasting menu and were not let down at all! After 7 courses of awe and little talking as we were too busy eating, we decided to order more. The food is nothing short of exceptional, the service is personable and non-intrusive, and not to forget the resplendent view, even at night. We started off with an amuse bouche of ceviché tuna, then salt and pepper squid with chilli and cumquat, then moved on to a pot of butternut pumpkin soup. The squid was melt in your mouth and the soup was to die for. Next on the menu was crispy pork belly with cauliflower and scallop, before the star of the entire menu, the spanner crab tortellini! Wagyu beef followed, before a granny smith apple granita to cleanse the palate. To finish, a Valrhona chocolate tart with blood orange mousse and chocolate sorbet. Truly an amazing night, and thank you Ceto!
