A nice place to stay in Cowra is the Cowra Gardens Motor Inn. The Executive rooms are very spacious modern and come with a king size bed and double sofa, plus comfortable chairs and breakfast table. Our room had a huge window which looked over a very nice garden setting. The advantage of this motel is the fact that it is situated on the Grenfell Rd - so very quiet compared to the other places around town. The pool area is private too and their is a nice area for alfresco dining. No restaurant though. Nice breakfast. Plunger coffee and very generous with coffee, jams, butter etc. Nice shampoos. Even face washers supplied
Restaurants to chhose from in Cowra inlcude 1 Hat awarded Neila (not open every night so do reserve in advance), the Vines at the Imperial Hotel or Vinces Asian Restaurant. The Vines was a nice surprise and for pub dining quite classy.
