“Great way to unwind”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2014

Brilliant. Each afternoon I ran from the boathouse, past the lagoon and onto the walkway to Cannonvale. Such a beautiful way to unwind ! One day we hired bicycles and went for an early morning ride. Accessible so you could take people with wheelchairs along it, also prams and those unstable on their feet. Very well constructed and a wonderful asset to the area!!

“Great walk!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2014 via mobile

This is a great way to get from Cannonvale to Airlie and back if you have the time. Relaxing, no steep inclines, lovely views. Well-maintained and clean.

The walkway was easy walk to and from, convenient and enjoyable. Great way to stretch your legs and see a bit.

“A very well built walkway”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2013

We used this lovely walkway to go from Airlie Beach to the Canonvale food shops, which are far cheaper than Airlie Beach. Although part of the walk is through a residential area, I would certainly recommend it instead of a taxi between Airlie and Abel Point.

“Pleasant Walkway”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2013

A nicely maintained walkway, primarily at the waters edge, then through parks with a nice man made lagoon, with swimming pools. Pleasant way to get from the Marina into town. There are drinking fountains en route.....it can get hot and humid !!!
