“A special place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2014

Have had several Tapas meals here and always superb. Staff excellent. Position overlooking The Port of Airlie hard to beat.

The choice of alcoholic beverages from around the world is staggering.

There is adequate car parking and public bathroom facilities close by so if you have elderly guests with you everything is easy to access.

Its a celebration every time.

“How Cool!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2014

We stayed at the Boathouse apartments (a delightful experience in itself) do these guys were convenient. The location is somewhat of a remote one because the Port area is new, and 300m from the main drag. However I suspect that will all change when Cruising Whitsundays relicates next door and places like Denmans and the Boathouse Apartments cease to be a well kept secret.
It took us about 20 minutes to decide which beers to go with, and then the food. Well the tapas we had were all delicious and tasty including the polenta, calamari and mussels. Staff were friendly.
My advice is get there now before it's swarming and this new but quiet area of Airlie awakens later this year.

“Around the World in a couple a hundred beers!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2014 via mobile

Didn't have a coffee! Didn't eat anything! But had some great beers from Perth/Western Australia without leaving the Whitsundays. Browse the fridges, you pick and then they pour and present the 'chosen ones' to your table- which over looks the marina. Pricey, but the beer travels a long way to get to your mouth!
