Autumn colours amazing! Typical quaint village steeped in New
Zealand history. However, it is typical of Tourism where prices are earmarked at a high end bracket. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Will return again.

“Try and go without the crowds”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2015 NEW

We visited en route to Queenstown on a Sunday, and the place was packed ! We could see however that it was pretty special, and made time to re-visit a couple of days later. Toured the Chinese settlement and had great coffee and cakes in the Postmasters Restaurant.

“Arrowtown”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2015

This place is a short distance from Queenstown. Really worth a visit in mid to late autumn. The scenery en route is excellent. When you get at the time afore mentioned you will see all the different colour of the leaves on the trees, very colourful and definitely worth seeing. Arrow town has a main strrpeet set up like an early settlers town with good eating houses, at this time there was also a festival on. There is a museum and other places of interest. Well worth a visit even just to pass through.
