Meant to stop here on the way to Queenstown, but missed it. After stopping off at the camp site we returned and are so glad we did it is such a quaint little town. Very touristy as you would expect and although we didn't eat there, there seemed to be plenty of choice. We did stop at the museum and spent 2 hours there as there was so much to see. Lots of information boards showing the gold rush but there was also a school, bakery, carpenters, blacksmith as well as the story of the early pubs. Very informative and well worth the entrance price
