“great day at splash planet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2014

went to splash planet for the day and can honestly say the attraction was great. mY 8 year old grandson had a whale of a time and I spent some time floating in the lazy river. He tried all the slides and we didn't leave until the very last minute. great areas to keep out of the sun and have a picnic. seeing as it was the school holidays it was not as packed as I thought it could be.
the only down side was the lockers you have to pay $2 everytime you take something out they would be better to have a one off price of say $4 for 3 hours like you find in other pools. apart from that would definitely return

“Splash Plant the place to be”

Splash Planet as always was a fantastic day. The only sad thing is they are only open 10 till 5, over summer they should stay open longer.

“Fun day out”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2014

Second time at Splash Planet and since it was stonking hot it was packed .. which you expect for a water park (added to the atmosphere) Spent a good 3 hours there, and enjoyed every minute. Only a few things mildly annoying. Maybe some signs by the castle entrance to the slide telling people how to get tubes, mats. I saw a lot of confused people, and the lockers can get very expensive (at $2.00 each time you want to close them). Other than those small things ... an excellent day out.

“Fun in the sun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2014

A super nice family day for ages 6 to 60. The park was very busy and the queue were very long to get in (we waited about 45 minutes). I would suggest you buy your entrance tickets for the park the day before, then you can use the faster moving line via the gift shop. If you want a shaded area with a bench table, make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before opening time. Once inside, it was fun all day long. The park is clean and there is much to do. Also be prepared to wait in long lines for the bumper boats. I would suggest to management that they perhaps look a method of speeding up this process, i.e. have two people on duty during peak periods and when refueling. A lovely water park and worth visiting.

“A fun day”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2014

Our goal when we visit a water park is to last long the. Two hours and we managed 4 hours at this park. The rides were great for us, our six year old could do every ride bar the formula 1 cars. The water slides were fund and not scary, they had small mats that made them go faster which the six year old loved but mum found they went too fast. They had great water play area for little kids and a nice warm pool for playing in, but I would to call it a swimming pool. The bumper boats were a lot of fun but it was a very slow moving queue (30 minute wait at least). Lots to do, even out the water with a flying fox, jungle jeeps, mini golf and a mini toy town for the littlest.
Highly recommend if in Hastings (as there wasn't much else to do)
