“Depends on the room you get”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013 via mobile

I was given a really grotty room and as a diamond status member would have expected better so I guess if that's how they wish to treat me then I will have to vote with my feet. I wanted a beer later in the evening (10 ish) and the reception advised it was not possible which was a little disappointing to say the least after a long day. Needless to say I doubt I will be staying there again.

Bel Air looks good from the outside, but is different on the inside. Cheap prices for cheap rooms. The rooms look clean, but give it a better look then you will be in for a surprise. No recommendation

well to be honest .... if i have to choose hotel near airport for sure that will not be my first option...
rooms they r just ok first what i had to do its open wide window to put some fresh air cos of the smell...
...bathroom is beautiful... but better if watch out, taking shower, cos u will have water in all the bathroom(no drain)
FOOD well i had there one dinner cos the hotel restaurant is CLOSED on a weekend... but they r doing perfect beef steak... price around 240 DKK that's normal, near is very nice restaurant prices like always 120-220DKK
and Breakfast ,,, that's a very good thing self service fresh and tasty:) usually in price of the room....

Room Tip: do not take room num.41

I have stayed in some terrible hotels but this one has defined a new depth. Imagine a 1980's underground car park that someone who a eaten the entire contents of a kitsch junk store has vomited all over and you get a sense of the interior. The hotel is dirty, my room had a stained filthy carpet, part of the window was a folding broken sheet of wood that resembled building site shuttering. On arrival we were informed that the restaurant was closed and that it was impossible to buy a drink. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful, he told us that there were no restaurants or bars in the area but suggested that we went to a 711 in a petrol station a few blocks away, we did this and sat in reception with nuts, crisps and tins of beer for our evening meal. Avoid this hotel if you possibly can.

OK, more than one word. The bed was infested. The manager refused to acknowledge they had them, nor refund our money. In fact, he offered us the room of someone who hadn't yet arrived (meaning when they did finally arrive, he would give them the bedbug room). We left.

Not a great hotel at all. Close to airport, so I had booked 2 nights, 1 on the way out and 1 on the way back through. I had such a bad experience on the 1 night I cancelled the 2nd. Book in anywhere else but here.

Arrived late, kitchen closed. Corridor very tired. I got to my room, and the whole room stank of vomit. I swapped rooms, for the staff to tell me that they had a football team over the night before and are having issues (They had checked out 10 hours ago - did none of the cleaners notice the vomit on the floor!?).

2nd room was okay, but road noise terrible, bed old and uncomfortable.

Travelling companion had to change rooms twice due to blocked drains.

Breakfast was forgettable, with non existent service.

I wouldn't be rushing back here.

Yes, it is quite close to Copenhagen Airport, but you will not reach in without a taxi. The rooms are worn down. We arrived nine a'clock in the evening, after the kitchen closed, with no possibilities of getting anything to eat. The were a pizza restaurant nearby, closin ten o'clock.
We found the hotel not worth the money, and for travels after this one we chose other hotels.
