“Comfortable overnight stop”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2013

This was one of our motel stops on our trip from Sydney to Melbourne. As we had driven down from Eden it was already getting dark when we arrived and we were pretty tired anyway after a busy day travelling and sight-seeing. Reception was nice and quick and we were soon into our decent sized room. Nice and clean, nothing special but nothing to criticise either as we had only wanted somewhere reasonable for our brief overnight stay. Having accumulated some dirty clothes whilst travelling these went into the guest laundry facility whilst we had an enjoyable meal at their restaurant. For simple clean and comfortable it can be recommended.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

A nice motel for a few nights stay in wonderful lakes entrance, just on the edge of town and only a very short walk to everything. the staff we saw were very helpfull and friendly and helped with anything that you needed.
we have stayed here three times now, two one night stays when passing through, and the last one for three nights in september 2013 for a longer look around the area, all three stays have been comfortable and the rooms quite and well seviced. this is not the cheepest motel on the strip by far, but maybe thats why the other guests you meet seem to have a bit more concideration for others staying there which in my view is worth the little extra money you pay. thats why we have stayed here three times. very unusual for a motel.
The parking area is set out well and seems very secure, it just feels a relaxed place to stay.
The only down side i can report is that in all three rooms we have stayed in including a balcony room, is that the bathrooms have all been a little tried and in need of a revamp.not dirty at all but an upgrade to fixtures fittings and tiles would do wonders to what is a better than most motel.
I would recommend this motel 100% and i will stay there again most definatly.
ps; sorry about the spelling, not my strong point.

Room Tip: balcony roooms are nice but you can hear talking outside from other balconys, couryard room are quit...

A really comfortable standard motor inn. Helpful staff on check in, and all you require for a great sleep. Straight across the road to the boat harbour, and even in the rain, very relaxing. Nice clean and quiet room.

We recently stayed at the banjo Patterson hotel. The staff seem quite nice an accommodating the room was a little out dated. the spa bath gold plated jets had faded from gold to raw metal. We found that the hotel had free wifi however could not connect as the signal was not strong enough. We were really looking forward to having a swim but after my partner checked the pool he said it was quite dirty. Also found the tv to be missing a few channels that had been listed on the back of the remote. We arrived on the 6th and left on the 8th and had our room made up on the 7th which we were grateful however notice that the spa wasn't cleaned and the additional milk provided was used by the 5th. Found also that there were spiderwebs in the room even after the room was cleaned. My partner is a smoker and the ash tray outside wasn't empty either.
Also a recommendation that they allocate car spots we went out for dinner then come back and found to park further away from our room. With a child this becomes a little frustrating as most hotels you park straight out the front of your room.
Overall I don't think paying $155 was a suitable price. Would recommend staying for 1 night max.

We stayed here as part of our tour, wasn't our first choice which was full. The room was fine and overlooked the main road and water way and had everything we needed. It is at the end if the town but since Lakes Entrance isn't too big it doesn't really matter. The dining room is quite expensive but the dinner was good, we didn't have breakfast. It is OK for a short stay.

Our room was well equipped, clean and well presented. The bathroom looks newly modernized. Although it is two-storey we have not been disturbed by the people in the room above. The free wifi was welcomed. Very happy with our stay.

The motel is clean and was rather quite. We did not think much to the cooked breakfast it was just dumped on the plate.the toast was not the best as the tomatoes had soaked into the toast. The room was very small no where to put the third suitcase. The reception staff where friendly and helpful. We ate in Clancys Restaurant we found the food to be good better then the breakfast we had in our room. I would recommend this motel for only a one or two night stay.
