“Great standard of accommodation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013 via mobile

Clean, warm, helpful staff - always good to stay at the villas!
Kids enjoyed the pool, and had a pony ride. Tasty room service pizza for dinner. Late checkout was nice. Not too far out of town, but far enough to get away from the traffic, very quiet at night.

No hassles.
Location was easy to find for us interstate travellers
Great service on arrival and no hassles.
Room was ready for us promptly without any delay.
Room was spacious and clean, and we were surprised to have room serviced when we were only there for a short time.
Will be returning.

Room Tip: Villa is a great choice for families.

My daughter and I travelled to Launceston for her to attend a sporting event, and we stayed in a one bedroom villa. The villa was comfortable for the two of us, but would be a tight fit for more people after a few days.
The pull down bed in the living room was comfortable, and I found the bed in the bedroom comfortable also. We would have liked additional blankets as the pull down bed only had one and there was only one additinal spare blanket in the villa, and the nights were cold. A few exta items in the kitchen would be good - a colander to strain pasta is a must!
We ate at Bolters several times and found the food was a good standard and reasonably priced.
The location is very handy for the airport, access to Launceston, and had a shopping centre with a large supermarket just around the corner.

Room Tip: A single story unit was a good option - no-one above us.

Room had everything we needed. Bolters restaurant was great. The actual casino is very close and the free shuttle bus service is excellent. Also recommend brunch at the Watergarden at the casino (very good value but doesn't open till 11.00am)

We used to stay at an alternate, more expensive location, but the beds were terrible, at the villas everything is AOK. I would specifically comment on the above average, excellent staff (who can make or break and establishment). I have never experienced better conscientious staff
who are genuine and make you feel welcome - when you come through the door and a staff member greets you by your christian name - that's four star in my book! I simply cannot recommend them high enough.

Room Tip: Impossible, there are no bad rooms, they're all good!

We had a one bedroom and found the rooms a good size and very comfortable bed. It was nice to be able to sit in lounge chairs to watch TV, a pleasant change from the usual sit on the bed or straight back chairs. Very close to everything. It was also very quiet at night. We would certainly come back again. G & T Woods

We often stay at the villas,it's great for us as a family but also iff we have a night away without the kids. The staff are always friendly & there to help in anyway, room service is great. The kids favourite thing to do is go for a swim in the all year round pool.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the golf course are lovely.
