This bistro will totally live up to your expectations. We booked a table for a Wedns evening & the room filled quickly to capacity. For entree, my partner ordered the natural oysters & I had the Kilpatrick - both were lovely & fresh plus mine were quite spicy with the chorizo. Partner had Cape Grim Porterhouse with baked Dijon mustard potatoes, truffled bearnaise sauce & Huon Valley mushrooms - a large meal that almost beat him but was delicious. As a smaller eater, I chose a second entree of crispy skin pork belly - which was to die for. This left room for my dessert of chai latte pannacotta - a wonderfully delicate dish which melted in the mouth. Our pre-dinner local beer & cocktail arrived promptly & we ordered a Josef Chromy Pinot Noir to accompany our meal. From the meet & greet upon arrival with hanging of coats, refilling of water glasses, ensuring wine glasses were not empty and even refolding of napkins if you left the table - this bistro ticks all the boxes. Book a table - you won't be disappointed & if able, you will return - as we will.
