We attended the Mud Wine dinner along with around fifty others and had a brilliant meal that was designed to complement the wines from Glaetzer in South Australia. The local Tassie produce was skilfully and sensitively prepared: delicious. We were greeted warmly by Angie who poured us the first of many glasses of great wine that night. Smiles all round and we met a number of delightful locals who knew a thing or two about Launceston food and wine. We will definitely return with high expectations of another memorable evening of the right kind.
