My family and I went to Zucca during November 2011. We could book a table online which was great and we requested an ocean view table. Upon arrival they seated us at a table matching our request and the waitress, who obviously really knew the menu, sat us down to explain the details of the food. Basically, its much better to choose the mezza option where you get to choose a few dishes to share. Because we were a group of six we chose the banquet option where you get seven dishes to share for $45 each. This is where we probably went wrong as the seven was far too much. Greek is heavy food, pasta, meat, bread etc so we struggled with the seven portions each. Overall food was nice, heavy on the tummy so id advise to choose a few salad options! The baked pasta was bland and the sausage and meatballs a bit oily. We didn't fit in desert which was a shame as desert menu looked great. My overall feeling is that it was good but I'm not a fan of Greek food now, way too heavy and rich for a summer meal. We all walked out feeling bloated, and feeling bad for not finishing all the courses. Service and location was great.
