My husband and I ate at Vie on Friday night with two of our local friends, whilst visiting from Sydney. It was our friends suggestion due to the location and fact they hadn’t been there for ages.
The four of us had a wonderful night and were more than impressed with the food. The entree of pate was amazing, fresh, flavorsome and moreish. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their entrée, but were a little bit envious once they had tasted mine. We shared the lamb shoulder and chicken for two as our main course, both spectacular. Cooked to perfection and complimented well with a selections of sides. Service was friendly and attentive. Our waiter seemed to have good wine knowledge, and recommended some great choices.
This place is a must. The chef here is definitely bringing modern, produce-focused food to the Gold Coast.
