This was my 8th stay at this hotel, and the worst. The 3 bedroom apartment was dirty. The guests before, had written their name in the 3rd bedroom window ledge and it was still there, the second bathroom had "clean me "on the fly screen which was still there, we had NO tea towels in the kitchen, when we tried to use the oven it was so dirty it set off the smoke alarm, when we went to wash the dishes nothing to do so with. But the best is yet to come,when my daughter turned down her bed on the first night she found black hair in it. What has happened to the, spotless clean hotel we were used to and loved. Time to take a long hard look at yourself TwinTowns. PS.the dishwasher was so bad we had to put a dishwasher cleaner thru it before we could use it.

Lovely resort attached to the Twin Towns Services Club.
Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Two levels from the top floor.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Great touch having fans aswell as airconditioning.
only cleaned once a week, but given a quik flick through half stay.
The pool was great, not so much the spa.
ALthough you do have to walk up a ramp to get to the pool.
The Signatures restaurant within the resort building is superb and well priced, considering its 5 star style.
The resort has a kids club, thats handy, yet you have to be within the resort for the kids to be allowed to go in it! And it costs, as does anything they want to eat in there! And watch out if there any bullies in there!
This resort gets busy with the older population because of its connection to the sevices club, and can get bussssy! And you need to be patient and wait! and wait and waiiiiit!!!!
Overall, would return, although they are about to lose thier views due to a huge resort going up infront!! How annoying!!

We could not fault the spa suite. excellent size rooms,with kitchen facilities, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher. huge balcony overlooking Tweed river. Tv in kingsize bedroom, tv in lounge/dining room. large bathroom with 2 person spa. good supply of towels for bathroom and for pool.
a new wing is being built but does not affect stay.
Resort is connected to the Twin towns club, The location to everything is excellent, walking distance to beach. Will definately return and stay longer.
