This was a truly delicious meal. For entrée I had the asparagus starter, The asparagus was crisp and the ham just delicious - the poached egg was a little overdone - but a nice start to the meal. The wagyu steak for a main was just delicious - the steak cut like butter and was cooked to perfection. Finished with the apple and pear tarte tatin - it was good but the pastry was a little underdone. The wine list was excellent as to be expected in the Hunter Valley. The service was very attenttive and welcoming. I would highly recommend a dining experience here.
