Fantastic service from booking, planning, check in and beyond. Stayed for a special occasion with high expectations. From initial enquiry, service was friendly and informative. Stay was excellent......nice clean welcoming room with all amenities, breakfast vast and tasty, service warm and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Would recommend to all seeking that special get away.

We have been coming to the Hunter Valley for many years and have admired this hotel but have never stayed here due to it being a 5 star hotel and we don't usually go for the top of the range in the hunter. We decided to lash out this time and are really glad we did as the Tower Lodge was brilliant. Excellent service, great food, and an amazing suite. The Lodge does not have too many rooms making it a much more intimate experience and both the public areas and the room itself are beautifully decorated. Cant wait to go back.

Room Tip: we stayed in room 4 towards the back of the hotel which had a nice rear deck with a lovely sunny out...

My partner and I stayed here for a romantic night away. We were blown away at how welcoming and luxurios the entrance and lounge area were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exquisite, large, clean, private, beautiful furniture and layout with a private courtyard. Lovely spa bath. The bed was extremely comfortable, I could have taken this home with me! All in all could not fault at all. The breakfast was delicious, an assortment of pastries, friuts, jams, yoghurt and toasted muesli, followed by a hot breakfast. Amazing, will recommend and return!

Our room, had both hot and cold air blasting into the room, making the bathroom cold, when I reported this, they said there was nothing they could do at the time, not until morning. Then having returned from an evening out we found the whole room cold as by them the warm air system malfunctioned then one of the bulbs in a light died as I was trying to fix the system myself- so no light

My partner and I wanted a quiet weekend away to spend some quality time together with no distractions. We booked into the Tower Lodge and it was exactly what we were after! The Lodge is not run of the mill and the furnishings are quite exquisite. The room was clean, very private and interesting! The staff were not intrusive, easy to deal with and accommodating. We asked for a late check out (1pm) and more kindling to get our fire going. Nothing was a problem and we even got a follow up call to see if we had managed to start our fire and if we needed more firewood. It was very sweet and much appreciated.

We had a really lovely weekend at Tower Lodge. Room was amazing, bathroom and spa bath v luxurious, open fire was a winters treat. Breakfast huge and delicious. Staff are very sweet, service a little haphazard at times but they mean well. Dinner at Roberts was great, the deg at Nine was nice but v expensive and you'd problem have just a nice a time with room service. Hope to return.

My wife and I wanted to spend some quiet time alone together this weekend, and so we booked into the Tower Lodge to spoil oursleves a little... but that was an understatement !! This place is spectacular !! By the end of it - we were already trying to figure how how soon we could get away and do it again.
Everything was first rate from the ambience in the spacious Lounge Room through to the wonderful decor and attention to detail in the individual layout of each room. The service is of the highest standard and the whole experience was incredibly flattering.
Once settled into the rooms - its hard to leave. There is nothing quite like a fire crackling away on a cold winters night and we just wanted to relax and absorb the tranquility. Breakfast the next morning was very indulgent and extremely generous. We were lost in time, reading the paper, soaking up the view of the mist covered mountains through the large windows, while savouring that wonderful meal.....we really didnt want it to end...

The Tower Lodge is up there with the best that Australia has to offer. We cant wait to do it again....
