I was dissapointed in the quality of the food. The chef became very defensive when questioning the dry nature of the sauerkraut. The red cabbage was not properly cooked, and the mash was blended into a paste which was more like instant potato. The roast potatoes were fried not roasted, and trying to cut my german sausage with the butter knife was more than a challenge.
The food was very substandard for the price of over $30, in a venue that resembles nothing more than a Cafe. It was more reminiscent of the mess hall food, not that of an artisan so called Bavarian influenced meal as their advertising would lead you to beleive.
