Spent a week in a great apartment. Super clean and really well furnished - two lounges and tv, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Would definitely go back here, everything was so easy - friendly staff and situated right in Albury.

I found the apartment clean and a good size ,undercover parking, staff very friendly and a good location for a walk to pubs and restaurants.
The water pressure in our room was pretty weak for a shower.
If you are looking for a room with a view this is not the place for you,we were on the 2nd floor facing a local radio station which was about 10 to 15 meters away and only saw a rooftop fall of antennas satellite disks and air conditioners which was pretty noisy in the daytime, but the double glazing did its job and shut out all noise.
There maybe a view if you book a room on the upper floors.
Obviously the building should have been built with rooms facing front and back.

Room Tip: Only book if you can get a apartment beyond the second floor

Had a 1 bedroom room. Handily sited in the middle of Albury not far from the main shopping area. A well equipped Quest and comfortable. From the parking area which is under the hotel you can enter the reception area directly from a card operated door rather than having to go through the front door all the time. Makes a good stop if you are driving from Sydney to Melbourne over a couple of days.

Room Tip: Try for a higher floor to avoid looking at another building or carpark. The views could be described...

Second visit to Albury and to Quest. This time I had an executive one bed apartment with balcony. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped (full fridge, cooker, microwave, washer and dryer) and had a good lay-out (TV area, dining table for 6). The front desk staff were friendly but not necessarily very knowledgeable - fortunately you can find out a lot about what to do/where to eat via the internet - that's if you want to pay $8.50 for 2 hours wifi. The balcony (Room 105A), has a spectacular view of the car park - I was lucky enough to witness a lovely sunrise there, whilst I watched stall-holders setting up for an "odds and sods" market. Nit-picking: No ice in the freezer. Would stay again though - best of a weak bunch of accommodation in the area.

Room Tip: If you like car parks 105A is a cracker.

Our family of 4 (Husband, wife and 2 adult children) stayed here for 1 night in April 2013 and would highly recommend these apartments. We came to Albury for a family wedding and we were very grateful that the front desk was able to give us entry to our apartment within 15 minutes of arriving at 12.30 pm so we could get ready ready for the church service. Reception was very friendly on check in and check out. We enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, and a large central area which included a kitchen area with table and chairs and lounge area. It was very clean and comfortable. We were on level 4 facing south which was high enough above adjoining buildings to have a wonderful view. Would stay here again.

First time staying at Quest in Albury. We had a three day stay which was a mix of business and break and it was a great place to be based. The room was perfect - we had a one bedroom unit and though not flashy, it was spacious, comfortable and clean so overall good value. Fantastic location - within a couple of minutes walking distance to clubs, pubs and good restaurants. Staff were pleasant and accommodating with requests. Love the bar downstairs - great atmosphere and food. All in all a pleasant experience.

Room Tip: Balcony rooms nice as they face north

We went down to Albury for a friends'wedding and we stayed at the Quest. The apartment was spacious for two, tidy and clean, exactly what we needed for our stay. It got cleaned up every day during our staying. The front desk staff was always really accommodating and friendly, as we left to them our room key every time we went out. They even offered a special price for all guests of the wedding. Definitely a great place where to stay.

Room Tip: second floor better for sunlight in the morning.
