A sign of a good restaurant is the number of people eating there, unless it is just lucky. This was fuller by far than all the other restaurants in Te Anau and we found out why with the delicious Ciabatta (ok anybody can make that, but the flavours were delicious). We followed that with equally yummy lasagna and rabbit pasta dishes. Hearing others on nearby tables 'wow' over their dishes as well, this is the place to go for an Italian meal. No pizzas, as they would be competing with 3 other local restaurants, they set their stall out to do quality authentic Italian food and make a great job of it.
