We stayed here for three nights in June, following a snowstorm that delayed us, and many others, in getting to Queenstown during its Winter Festival. We arrived a day later than planned due to roads being closed but were able to extend our stay a day on the other end without problem.
The facility is gleaming, with wonderful beds and sleek, modern furnishings, very cool bathrooms and great personal care products. We had a well-equipped kitchenette with microwave and appreciated the nice selection of coffee, tea and cookies. You can have breakfast on-site if you want, though we prepared our own. The location is unbeatable - just across the street from a path to the town center and within walking distance of plenty of attractions. While the staff is not exactly warm and fuzzy, they were helpful when necessary. We didn't find the place noisy, and it was pretty full when we were there. The parking is a bit tight, but worked, and there is plenty of street parking, as well. Best of all, the price was just unbeatable - huge value for the money. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
