“Stylish and spacious, with a spa, stairs and sensational scenary.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2006

I've stayed here before and always enjoy coming back to these spacious townhouses. My last visit I (14 year old girl) stayed in one of the units that have an outside spa with my family (parents, 2 little sisters and brother) and it was great. Awesome views and very friendly and helpful staff. It's only a 2 minute walk into town, so we walked to the Food and Wine Festival in the park (and another day the circus) and back up the steep hill (we all enjoyed getting that exercise and it's a great achievement for the kids). There's plenty of room for the kids to play hide and seek and the stairs are a great novelty! It's very handy having a washing machine, drier and kitchen inside the unit, making it very conveinient and a home away from home. Also it's great having a spa all to yourself! The only bad thing is that while the rest of my family sleep in the really nice, soft and comfortable beds downstairs, I have to sleep on the fold-out sofa :-( , which could be more comfortable, but at least then I have the TV and video player right there! So, I would recommend these townhouses to anyone visiting Queenstown who want to stay in cool, modern, spacious townhouses in walking distance of town.

We stayed 5 nights in January 2005 in a 2 bedroom townhouse. It was extremely spacious, well laid out, with internal laundry (washing machine and dryer), bathroom and a separate toilet near the living areas upstairs. The kitchen was not brand new but it had everything I needed. Undercover parking provided, but it was only a 5 minute walk down to town, and a steep short walk back up. The management were terrific and very helpful.
It was a perfect place to stay with the kids.

Wouldn't recommend. Only good point of the place was the view, but most hotels in Queenstown give good views. The people were extremely rude (ended up checking out early due to the rudeness by one member of staff). Parking was a hassle. Short easy walk to town, extremely hard on way back due to very steep hill. Website says washer/dryer in rooms. In fact this is a shared washer for the whole complex (inc. the operators) This made getting to the washer hard. One member of staff even took our washing out and put it on a dirty trashcan, so they could use it! The room was always cold. Noisy guests next door. Tiny kitchen. Queenstown is a fantastic place, but turner heights townhouses spoilt our honeymoon. Don’t make the same mistake!
