This place is an easy walk into town but far enough away to be quiet. Not sure what value to expect, for $120 we got a small room with a double and single bed and an en suite. Shared kitchen facilities. It wasn't bad but it is missing those little things that make all the difference. It wasn't that clean.
The cleaners didn't clean our room, I assume it's because we were staying on so they didn't bother.
There are elaborate instructions for turning on the tele and two remotes to do so but we still couldn't make it go.
The reception staff are helpful, there us a spa for free use with a great view and a laundry you can pay to use, $10 for laundry powder, wash and dry. Also it didn't feel crowded and was quiet which was nice.
Overall not a bad place, would just be so much better if they cleaned it well, aired out the musty smell in the rooms and got t.v.'s that worked.
