Fantastic apartment and location. Convenient pick up for Coronet Peak and other ski fields. Clean rooms with exceptional views. Friendly helpful staff made our stay a pleasant experience. Have already booked for this year's ski season!

We only stayed one night and I could not recommend this place enough, it was spotless, spacious, decent sized bathroom and a wee view over the lake. Any easy commute to the city centre, sunny balcony and no street noise even though we we were in a front unit. Staff friendly and accommodating as we had trouble getting the booking processed.

We stayed here while snowboarding in Queenstown, and it was perfect for everything we needed.

The rooms were a great size, and were clean and new.
The staff were very helpful, and we great as far as helping us get around Queenstown, and point out the best places to be.
The food was great, although we only really ate Breakfast there, as there is so much good food in Queenstown, although they make a large solid breakfast which is great for the early mornings before you head out on the slopes.
Will defiantly stay here again.

Great location, easy walk to centre of Queenstown. Service was very good and room was very spacious. Very warm late in the afternoon so room got a little hot and had no A/C. I would recommend that people try to get a room close to reception as it a little difficult to find your was around as the hotel is quite large.

We arrived here in pouring rain picking the hotel in desperation to find a place to dry out. The spacious apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable as well as very reasonably priced. Safe undercover parking and full laundry just added to the package. There is a restaurant and bar but its within easy distance from central Queenstown the view from the room was stunning. Only one drawback is there is no air conditioning and on a hot summers day remember to close all curtains and blinds before you go out or the room will be very hot at the end of the day

Room Tip: Ask for something on a lower floor in summer to minimise heating

Large apartment with private balcony, lake view, modern full kitchen, private laundry, large lounge, and separate bedroom, high quality bathroom and powerful shower with separate bath (all brand new in appearance).
Downside is noise from the road and neighbours opposite occasionally, which is not the hotel's fault.
It is rather a maze and the signs leading to reception all end at the floor above - with one final sign telling you you are now in the wrong place because it has moved downstairs!
We liked it nevertheless! Recommended.

Difficult to grade this hotel really. Its a cross between a motel and hotel. Two companies seem to have joined forces here. Views across the lake and of the cable car but situated right on the main road into Queenstown so can get quite noisy at evening time. Restaurant food is good but tables and chairs are basic. Hotel has a lovely area on reception if you were visiting in winter time - very Swiss chalet style with log fire. Big hill on the way back from the town! However, I would say that it was good value for money. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good shower.

Very handy for Queenstown which is a beautiful place wish we had been there for longer than we were.

Room Tip: Depends if you want a view of the lake or peace and quiet whilst your sleep. Check before booking.
