So disappointed, booked a Lake Cruise for my Husband for his 30th birthday as a surprise. Emailed them months ahead, but no reply, so rung them and made a booking. Fast forward a few months and it was the week of the trip to Queenstown, I thought I better contact them and confirm they have my booking, and they told me the 12.30pm trip was now a private charter and I would have to chose another time (lucky I contacted them). So I changed it to the 10.30am. Now its Thursday and we are going there on Saturday and they just called me to tell me that that time is no longer available and asked if we wanted to go another time another day. I would never book with this company again, too unreliable. I commend the willingness to offer me a refund, which I was happy to accept, but it hugely stuffed up my plans for my husbands birthday.

We do understand your disappointment yet unfortunately due to operational reasons on the day of your booking we were unable to run our scheduled departures. Our staff were in contact prior to advise of this and offered an alternative date and time as all our other scheduled departures were running throughout the week or a full refund offered if this did not suit.
