When we arrived we were given an overview of the shop/tasting method. The staff member was very nice but really flew through everything, and he never engaged with us again.
Overall, we had a very nice time wandering about sampling the wines. We had $30 on our cards so the sampling amounts were subtracted which was a great way to limit spending. We managed to sample a lot of wines for $30 each and enjoyed using the machines themselves. There were a lot of photo opportunities.
The tasting experience did make me a little self conscious as I felt a bit like I was in a shop being watched by (albeit very nice) staff. The room itself is very dark so I'd recommend going there in the evening rather than during the day. Having no bathroom (bathroom in the food court next door) also feels a bit strange as the venue itself is SO much nicer than the food court.
My only real disappointment though was the lack of cheaper food options. My partner got a lot of lovely olives for around only $5 but there was nothing for me (I don't like olives) for under $14. Even just being able to buy some fresh grapes or rice crackers would have really improved my experience here.
